  1. The middle bit is most pertinent imo Bewley and Kurtz have the talent and equipment to be more effective at Foxhall but why risk it for this one that is all but meaningless Maybe could've been enough to wrestle the bonus point into BV favour but zero impact on qualification Come play off time though that would be all that mattered- doesn't even need to be enough to win the away leg
  2. When the regulations are not implemented even handily it is everyone's problem.....
  3. No its not time for 1 league now - it was 5 years ago.....
  4. No idea - does I make a difference? Perhaps whichever of Harrison or Scott is not named for Lyn at the time.....
  5. You assume wrong! Scott and Harrison are being alternated in the official declared RS spot and if they were the one declared at the time of a NDL clash then the Prem would have priority A rider however cannot miss a NDL meeting to take a guest booking in thd Prem That is the reason Foord could not guest (nothing to do with the Worky situation) and why originally he was declared formally in place of JJ This was only reversed when it was stated it was not allowed to mix and match in the way Lynn are doing
  6. That's the problem with the cryptic half truths and rumours because of the lack of clarity re the Workington situation I think Foord could guest due to his NL commitment but if declared in the 1-7 the Prem would then take priority Only the two tier implementation of the RS regs prevented this
  7. If it was another team getting special treatment to manipulate the regulations then he would be talking about that team It's not his fault that it so often seems to be the Stars cheating/manipulating/lying* *delete as applicable
  8. Proved by the directors camera choice approx 2 seconds before impact on heat 15...
  9. It was strange to see at one point a BSPL declaration with Foord replacing Jenkins officially as the RS only for an almost immediate reissue reverting to the original line up In all press releases Foord had only ever been stated as a guest More than a little puzzling
  10. Did Birmingham ask him? Did the even want him back in if/when they could?
  11. He doesn't have a team He was released when they redeclared to include Hagon You should be able to understand this given the situation with Harrison/Scott at Lynn...
  12. Anyone can check the radar (even I managed it ) Was the briefest of very light showers and forecast is for 7 hours of completely dry conditions with a warm day and stiff drying wind Granted not easy and straightforward given the very significant rainfall of the last 24 hours or so but certainly perfectly possible IF the will is there.....
  13. Oh hokey hokey cokey Oh hokey cokey cokey You put your RS in , you take your RS out In ,out , in out , move them all about!
  14. But he didn't need 7 days leave - more like 7 hours before all was well to fly out to the GP...... And if we go with your 'leave' suggestion I would say that it has to be taken in full and not cut short as it suits for ANY meeting ANYWHERE or it turns into a 28 day ban
  15. I can certainly understand anyone putting their child first in an emergency situation The regs though do state it is a 7 day lay off for a non speedway illness issue so has to be applied for consistency I will also play devil's advocate here - the emergency serious enough to miss the UK meeting didn't prevent boarding a flight to the GP within what about 12 hours.... It is not unreasonable, given the frequent dubious scenarios seen, for doubters to sense the smell of bullsh!t to be in the air
  16. Presumably he won't be travelling to the GP then.......
