What part of “I can understand fans from Poole or KL not travelling to the away meeting as it is a day off work and £100 plus for the day” didn’t you understand?
You need to re-read my post.
I can understand fans from Poole or KL not travelling to the away meeting as it is a day off work and £100 plus for the day. But if you are local, really, no excuse to not being there.
If you can’t afford the 20 quid, there is something seriously wrong with your finances.
I understand your point but the gp series would be dead in the water if it was full of fast gating Poles. It’s an international competition so the mix must be international. Variety is the spice of life.
If Poland had 10 riders worthy of being in the gps, then it is tough on some of them that miss out.
How can a Poole fan not turn up for the final (if they are local) just because its on tv?
I wouldn’t miss it for virtually anything. Have to be there to hopefully see history made.
Dudek deserves a wild card. He would have easily qualified but for broken bones.
No more Poles. There’s enough already
I don’t think Zagar deserves one. Never really challenged and just makes up the numbers.
Vaculik? Possibly.
Britain needs a second rider. We have the flagship GP, and gp wildcards don’t cut it. Give a berth to Lambert. Sure he will struggle but will learn and get better. And he will do ok imo.
Madsen is good enough to win a gp. Should be in.
Lets hope he is seen on the bbc breakfast news next week or at least gets some type of mention on the bbc or itv. The least he deserves.
Really he should be selected on spoty but we all know he wont even get a mention.
Comparing riders of today to those that are in history is difficult, as todays riders are still writing history.
Hard to currently compare Woffy with TRick and Mauger and Olsen and Briggs and Fundin. We will know how he compares in about 8 years time.
Those incidents do come into play when it is down to the wire.
what is frustrating is that no one will know anything about this tomorrow. Nit a mention. F1 will be everywhere when it never has the tension of tonight. Ever.
