  1. You do realise Poole handed out a much bigger arse whopping to Kings Lynn and could have had 65 but for a fall and ef. We would still have won on aggregate.
  2. Well at least you didn’t finish that sentence with a question mark. You give an opinion that it will be the smallest attendence of the season. No idea why you think that. If you believe a meeting on BT will keep hundreds away I believe you are very wrong. There’s my opinion.
  3. No. It won’t. It will be less than recent weeks due to the holidays being over but far from the smallest attendance. Why on earth are you so negative all the time? Very strange.
  4. We just had a bad night. At Leicester Kings Lynn gated in most races and won at a canter and did the same last night. You will always win big if you are first and second out of the gate. Lynn were trapping far better to a man and that was that. Even Simon Lambert scored big, when he normally scrapes a few points.
  5. Why on earth would Poole fans not turn up to support Poole just because Belle Vue v Somerset is on a satellite sports channel? Don’t they have record facilities? Not going to keep any Poole fan away.
  6. Then perhaps you should have a word with the texter. KL Gate and go, gate, gate, gate.......
  7. Middlo said last week he isn’t bothered about finishing top. http://www.bournemouthecho.co.uk/sport/16595931.pirates-season-like-forrest-gump-saying-you-never-know-what-youre-gonna-get/
  8. After that Kings Lynn are bound to chose us in the playoffs if they finish top. All they will have to do is turn up. Somerset clear favourites. N B Jakobsen at reserve is far, far superior to Allen, and they are bound to use him all the way.
  9. That’s it then. We are doomed. Sunk, no hopers. May as well just give the title to Somerset or Kings Lynn right now. Whoever choses us has a walk through to the final.
  10. Interesting Poole selection for heat 15. Only paid 6 for Klindts rides. He scored paid 10 a month ago.
  11. Worrall, on his slug bikes, just gated and won. Jorgensen couldn’t beat him. Point proven again. At least Lynn won’t get 60 which looked easy for them earlier. And looking at the last two meeting wenstill won on aggregate!
  12. And its true. Gate and go. Lambert passes and Proctor made one but the rest seem to be mistakes like Kurtz and Riss lifting. All chasing no passing. Not complaining just pointing out its gate and go and Lynn have outgated us. If you don’t gate you don’t win. Unless you are Lambert. Edit I take that back. kurtz just gated and Lambert couldn’t get near. Point proven.
  13. Gaters track. Kings Lynn have mullered us out of the starts. Read updates. First 8 heats were virtually all reading Lynn gate, Lynn gate, Lynn gate again etc.
  14. Somerset are clearly title favourites. After tonight Belle Vue and Poole making up the numbers. Kings Lynn on a roll.
  15. Kings Lynn are doing a job on us, simple as that. They are up for it and we went into the meeting not bothered. Top spot wasn’t in reach after the loss at Swindon. It really is as simple as that.
  16. Disagree, we would have made sure Klindt was there if we really wanted to win it. He topped scored last time. Doesn’t change our position, and we will go to Somerset in the semis. Kings Lynn to Belle Vue.
  17. For one team it means nothing, for the other a must win. All gate and go again. No Klindt to gate and score. No big deal.
  18. Thing is the result really is not that important for us. We are in the playoffs and won’t finish top so its a practice session to be honest.
  19. Klindt missing a big loss - Ford. Also says Lynn won’t pick us in the semis. http://www.bournemouthecho.co.uk/sport/16604084.kings-lynn-would-not-pick-pirates-in-semi-final-says-ford/
  20. Clearly shows it. Strange that it only appeared in heat 15 and wasn’t noticeable earlier on. Certainly not where we sit in the grandstand. Luckily Doyle the only person affected. For the past two weeks Stuart Dickson has been on holiday so the track should get back to where it was on his return. Or a better idea. Put some more holes in strategic places around the track, cover with fine netting just strong enough to put a sprinkling of shale over the top, then get the trackman to show our boys exactly where they are to dodge them. Within a few heats the opposition will be all knackered out of the meeting and we win 65-25.
