Pinny showing Gavan up as per usual. Gavan with a completely floored argument. He will come back with the usual bullcrap about why its not floored but Doyle not riding in heat 15 was frankly ridiculous. All he had to do is gate and ride for 60 seconds and Somerset would have won. Doyle is not a lightweight. If he doesn’t ride tonight there might be some logic, but if he lines up at Somerset then it was a farce of the highest order and something must be seriously wrong in the Somerset camp. #prayfordoyle

If Doyle pulled out of an all important race last night it must be highly unlikely he will be riding tonight. #prayfordoyle -

Look like Somerset v Poole and Kings Lynn v Belle Vue / Swindon in the other semi. Which pair have the first semi next Monday? -

So Swindon fans now want a rider change, after the deadline? Too late. August 15th been and long gone. -
Premiership, Championship, what's the difference?

What must be avoided at all costs is further dumbing down to the lowest common denominator. Every year the leagues get weaker. Whats for next year? Pandering to a team in the CL who gets 300 gates? -
The final league meeting of the season next Wednesday before the playoffs, and we welcome Wolverhampton to Wimborne Road. A chance for the boys to put the disaster at Kings Lynn behind them and get a decent win. Hopefully Stuart Dickson is back from his holidays to get the track just how the boys like it. I can’t see further than a Pirates win of around 52-38ish. Thoughts?

Poole v Kings Lynn. Prem B. 1st August 2018

You do realise Poole handed out a much bigger arse whopping to Kings Lynn and could have had 65 but for a fall and ef. We would still have won on aggregate. -
We just had a bad night. At Leicester Kings Lynn gated in most races and won at a canter and did the same last night. You will always win big if you are first and second out of the gate. Lynn were trapping far better to a man and that was that. Even Simon Lambert scored big, when he normally scrapes a few points.
