This has all the look of a potential banana skin. No Worrall means Josh will get an extra ride which is bad news, unless we give the ride to spanner where there’s more chance of points. This is going to be close. -
Belle Vue v Swindon 14/5/18 BT Sport
Steve Shovlar replied to Rob B's topic in SGB Premiership Speedway League
Finally watched the meeting. Some good racing at times. Heat 9 in particular. Why on earth was the crowd so small though? I just don’t believe that because Belle Vue have switched to a Monday it has taken 500 off the gate. Wolves ride Mondays. Fans come out. If ManU played on a Monday is there only 45,000 there? No. Perhaps the BV management need to start more advertising as the product is good. Good stadium, good facilities, great racing. No excuse not to have a full grandstand. As for the meeting, it went as expected. Swindon in the mix but gradually running out of steam. Weak reserves their achilies heel. -
He was absolutely superb and a joy to watch. KK just didn’t know what was happening. Funny how Gavan is desperately trying to diss Woryna with a slight luke warm praise but those that witnessed the race all appreciated the lad. Had some old boy Rye fans sitting with us who all gave him a clap. One said to me, “that’s what speedway is all about!”.

Woryna was brilliant in two rides last night. Two superb passes after a first ride to suss the track out. Most entertaining rider on view. The move on Kk was breath taking.

Josh looks like Watt in hos final season. No form whatsoever. Jakobsen gave him a stiff fist corner and he pulled up! It was a gaters meeting last night and Brady didn’t gate once. Attempted to get a flyer, missed it completely but the ref came to his rescue by calling it back after he had penalised himself. Still didn’t take advantage innthe rerun. After Nielsen, our best rider was Woryna who took one race to suss out the track then made some superb passes. Going past KK like he was standing still was the highlight of the meeting.

If there is I will chuck in a tenner. -
A well won point in the end but there was a chance of three to be honest. Brady struggled out of the starts and Josh was worse than useless. Big up for Nielsen who was sensational, and was sounlucky in heat 14 when well clear in heat 14 but had an ef on the back straight if lap 4. Woryna showed his class with a couple of superb rides and a brilliant pass of KKon his first ever visit. Best performance for Poole this year. Josh’s form is very bad. Must be on borrowed time. If Holder was riding I feel we would have had the fire power to have won tonight. Pirate fans can be reassured that at reserve we had serious strength. Much improved but a long way to go.

I am not going to apologise for a light hearted comment aimed at DC. Already wished Mitchell Davey a speedy recovery on another thread but will repeat it here. -
On our way up the M3 as I type this. Expect nothing out of this.

-
Morons and trolls I don’t deal with.
-
What a troll.
-
You were told before to stop making rubbish up. Stop trolling the Poole threads. Pathetic!
-
Your imbecilic posts are blocked but it shows when you post so I had a look, as I have now. As usual it’s garbage so blocked you remain.
-
You posted this crap last week. Nobody cares about two NL teams on this thread.

Worralls average drops considerably after next Wednesdays meeting.

2018 Warsaw Gp

Cook backed out of every confrontation. He gated in one and was second but made sure he went wide to avoid any risk. P*ss poor. Harris struggled badly at times but always tried to get stuck in. Is Cook going to be the worst ever full GP rider in the history of the competition? I hope not. -

Very good GP to start the series. What a shame the Czech GP is next. Gaters paradise at the Marketa. Some excellent racing with Holder doing very well. Thought Woffindens childish behaviour was very poor before the final. -
So what am I meant to say? We are doing great? The team has done badly. On paper it looked good and all the pundits and most on here thought the same. But riders have massively underperformed. Holder is needed urgently. Showed what he can do in the GP tonight and his inclusion can’t come fast enough.
