Nathan Greaves 2.54 If the weather plays fair we will finally see some action this season with the visit of 2017 playoff finalists on Wednesday. Wolves will have the slight advantage of having a meeting under their belts, as they ride at Belle Vue on Monday. Their positions in the team may well be different to above. The forecast at the moment is for a day of sunshine and light showers so if it stays like that it should go ahead. Unusual for Poole to open with a league meeting. Can’t remember when that last happened. Looking forward to seeing the new track in action. I think Poole should get the win. A good time for Wolves to come when the team are not dialled but think we will be too strong. Thoughts?
  2. The ebay voucher option is back up again. Use it before it vanishes again. Think you have to register (free) before you click on the premium link. http://goldvod.tv/pakiet-gold.html
  3. Every club will have its own set of prices. You can’t compare Swindon and Poole because of a same landlord. Each club is a seperate bussiness with their own overheads. Admissin prices are not made up on a whim. Or at least they shouldn’t be. They should be at a maximum level that fans are prepared to pay, and without losing customers by being too expensive.
  4. Its vanished from the payment choices. Keep checking back it might re-appear. It wasn’t there the first time I tried to join. They might only have one link per customer as when I clicked and paid I was instantly sent a unique code. http://goldvod.tv/pakiet-gold.html
  5. Its definatley there in the list with dozens and dozens of other channels. They might not show it on the outside of the members area but its there.
  6. Rain has me urghe east than predicted last night. Just goes to showhow inacurrate weather forecasting can be. Can’t see the point in not postponing this evening. A arly call when tee;s no chance makes sense. All very disappointing.
  7. Forecast is changing all the time. No rain forecast tomorrow in Poole until afternoon, but too late now. Somerset might get away with it but the chance of rain in the evening, meaning if it isn’t called early there’s a chance of racing.
  8. Were due there Monday gone not coming.
  9. We are not riding agaist Wolves on Monday. Next Wednesday at Poole.
  10. Think Poole is £18 as well. Looks like thats the price, same as last season.
  11. With the Polish season just around the corner I decided to get myself sorted sooner rather than later. Last season I used Wijka.tv and never had an issue. Streams were high quality, didn’t buffer and were always online when I wanted to watch. But a few have said the service has gone downhill. So I decided to look further afield and was told about Goldvod.tv I downloaded the app to my kodi box, then registered. As a test I have just paid for a 30 day subscription. It was easy I just clicked the 30 day ebay voucher link, paid the equivalent of £7 and was instantly sent an email with a code link. Put the code in the box, press the button and voila! l logged on to Kodi, put in my user and password and I have full access. All the sports channels are there, nsport. polesat sports, elevensports, cana+ sport etc, plus a ton of other chnnels I won’t be watching. Just checked through the sports channels and all are working in HD. You also have an sd choice. This is a hell of a lot easier to subscibe to than my number one viewing channel, Sportsmania, which is excellent but only takes bitcoin. A right palaver buying bitcoins though I worked it out. will give a further assesment on Goldvod after next weekends action.
  12. Wrong thread. Should be on the Wolves thread not Pooles.
  13. Latest met office. It has the rain coming in for the afternoon. Originally the heavy stuff was earlier but they are predicting it will be further west now. all immaterial anyway as the call has been made. Don’t hold out any hope for tomorrow night.
  14. Oh dear. Was it a premature call off? Forecast has changed and the heavy rain now isn’t due until the afternoon.
  15. Well a real shame as Good Friday morning meetings are a tradition which always bring in very large crowds and its a treat day for two meetings. Be lucky now to get one.
  16. Absolute tosh. Coventry caused all the problems and were followed by a naive Rick Frost. He realised his mistake and back tracked but that idiot from Exeter almost brought about the demise of Coventry with his one man campaign which was not supported by anyone. He got his just deserts by being banned from the sport for life.
  17. More chance Somerset will go ahead. Rain due to stop around lunchtime to give a dry afternoon and evening.
  18. Yep. Lost my optimism now having seen the forecast for Friday. Be suprised if we see a wheel turned in anger anywhere.
  19. If the meeting is rained off on Friday morning I wonder if the riders are available on Saturday or the Sunday. Both days are dry. With riders in the country perhaps it could be quickly re-scheduled? Obviously dogs might be in the way Saturday night but what about Saturday lunchtime? Or Sunday? Are riders booked elsewhere?
  20. Been a dry sunny afternoon after a very wet morning. Roads are bone dry.
  21. Chance of a shower in the morning. Should be fine unless the forecast changes.
