It looked like he was unconscious to me. If he hasn’t broken a shoulder or collarbone it will be remarkable.

Bad crash for Doyle in heat one. High sided and hooked up cartwheeling with his bike. Looked like he knocked himself out and landed on his shoulder. Taken by ambulance to hospital. All the very best to Doyley.

My error. But I am sure Swindon fans will also be concerned as will all speedway fans.

Be suprised if they show it again with confirmation he is OK. They don’t follow the same rules as the UK when there is a serious incident.

Had to switch to freesports as the buffering was bad on goldvod. No problems yesterday but today frustrating. Let’s see what the second meeting runs like. Might have to rejoin widja which is a shame as the picture on Goldvod is excellent.

Very true Dave as I said earlier. He has clearly done his research. What is needed is for you to give him a call and give him some constructive criticism. And perhaps he needs to get himself down to a local track to get a feeling of the sport. in one heat the racing was excellent with Lindgren blasting through. These bits need to be bigged up but he missed the opportunity. He is doing a better job than I ever could though. And I know the sport pretty well.

And some people moan about Pearson and Tatum! It’s not an easy job to commentate. Love the way this one says a good slide from the rider though!

Commentator. ‘Oooooohhhhh noooooooo!’ The commentator has clearly spent time researching speedway. I give him credit for that. The problem is he knows nothing about the sport so is making many fundemental mistakes every heat. He didn’t even mention that Pieczak also ended up in a heap after being clipped. He said Madsen was out of the meeting as he was wearing a neck brace. A neck protector. Two minutes later Madsen is at tapes to be greeted by silence by the commentator. He talks in the Tony Mullard style that every sentence ends in an exclamation mark!

Andreas Jonsson was very poor there and gave Bober nowhere to go.

James Shanes style entering corners is/will hold him back. He sort of throws the bie into a corner and while it will get him so far, his stle does have limitations. Trouble is how do you completely change your racing style? Much easier said than done.

No he won’t. I believe he is destined to become a GP star in the next couple of seasons. He will average over 7 I have no doubt at all. One of Polands brightest young talents.
