Quite simple. The countdown clock is for 2 mins. Riders must be in position waiting for green light at zero. At zero the green light comes on. If a riders front wheel isn’t in position and rider ready to drop clutch, they are out.

I hate Swindon? Are you kidding me? I most certainly do not. And I was at the County Ground last week cheering on stfc in their pathetic efforts to try and beat Yeovil, which they failed to do.

Not the point I am making. Swindon got lucky in the final with Wolves missing their top two riders. The struggled to beat the very weak team Wolves had to put out.

Wolverhampton were missing their top two! And you only scrapped over the line with Wolves putting out such a weakened team. That was lucky for Swindon.

Seriously. You are at home. We have riders that have never been there. Holder is not back until next week. You have a trump card at reserve should Tungate or Starke have an off night. It will be a close meeting but your home advantage should give you the edge. And if it comes down to a last heat decider we probably don’t have anyone to beat Fricke. It should be a cracker of a meeting.

Already said what I think of Steve Worrall. Seems a nice guy. A third heat leader. Has a 6.6 average. Not as good as Lambert ability wise. Won’t get to where Harris, Nicholls, Cook or King reached.

With the forecast good we are looking forward to coming up for this. Nice when it’s an 9 hour round trip to know it’s not going to be a wasted journey or have the stress of dodgy weather. Lets hope there’s a good crowd there tomorrow night. Should be a cracking meeting.
