  1. Pila v Gdansk 14th April full version. R&R the version you have put up is not complete and missing the last couple of heats. Cheers, Steve
  2. So he had a good score against a mediocre looking Swindon team. One swallow doesn’t make a summer. James Shanes scored a 15 max against Wolves at the start of last year. Riders do have good meetings. But over the years we know Worrall has been around enough to be a decent second string/third heat leader. That’s his level in the sport. It’s a good level. Most riders won’t achieve that in the sport. But to suddenly believe he is going to be a big star and score double figures every week is nonesense. Fricke’s going to be number one for Belle Vue this year and is a different class to anyone else in the team.
  3. Current form? Think some people are getting a bit excited over an individual opener and one home meeting. 2. Steve Worrall - 1, 1, 1, 2 = 5 Read more: http://speedwayupdates.proboards.com/thread/17517/belle-vue-charity-shield-2018#ixzz5CfphLw1a
  4. Only reason Swindon won the league last year was because you got lucky in the final. And nearly made a complete mess of that as well!
  5. Then anything less than 55 points for Swindon on Wednesday has to be a failure, right?
  6. Swindon v Belle Vue 22/3/18 2. Steve Worrall - 1, 1, 1, 2 = 5 Yep. Worrall would have gone through the card at Poole. And to answer your question, no problem as the others will score enough to bring us home.
  7. Poole’s track full of lumps and bumps provided better racing than Blunsdon. But it’s nice and smooth now so no excuses.
  8. Correct in your head but not anyone elses. Your missus keeps asking you if you have been taking your medication.
  9. Says someone whose home track is Blunsdon. You rarely see a good meeting at Swindon. Nearly always spaced out. Come down Wednesday and lets see how our newly laid track does.
  10. Once Holder had passed him up the inside. More a case of white flag than any ef. Lol.
  11. Already ridden it and said it was excellent. Swindon lucky he is not back for Wednesday.
  12. Certainly is. Holta nearly fenced his team mate in heat 15 but Chris battled back to pass Magic. Best I have seen him ride in a while. Fast and aggressive. Must have bills to pay.
  13. Mike, you don’t have to copy my post as it’s directly above. Can you trim it ?
  14. Well the weather is set to be good next week and the current forecast for Wednesday with sunny periods, and only the slight risk of a smll shower coming down from north Wiltshire. Chris Holder is back riding but we will probably still have Kildemand in the side for the meeting against the Robins. Teams Poole Kurtz Woryna Josh G Sundstrom Kildemand Szczepaniak Shanes Swindon. Morris Ellis Musielak Bellego Batchelor Wajtknecht Davey With a dried out track and the boys having had a meeting on it, I think we will be too strong for the robins, even though they have a “better” number one than ours. Doubt Batchelor will ride like he did last week and expect him to be more of a threat. Pirates look stronger at reserve. A couple more meetings and the boys will be dialled in. Hopefully plenty of Swindon fans will make the short trip down but head back with Rosco disappointed. Thoughts?
  15. Brilliant first ride from the back pass of Janowski by Chris Holder today in Torun. Live now here.
  16. Its like saying James shanes is a world beater after scoring a maximum 15 at the begining of last season for Poole against Wolves. At least ten meetings needed to show a true average. A meaningless 90th anniversary meeting where riders are testing etc and one home meeting against Swindon are not a true reflection of a riders average.
  17. The sample size is far too small to say that. If he had a high averge over 10-12 meetings then fair enough. But the 90th anniversry plus one league meeting are not enough to give a true average!
  18. Worralls home average at the end of last season was 6.55. Call it 7. So you are saying r/r won’t get 7? Fricke will get 3. Tungate 2 or 3. Starke 1 or 2, Bewley 2 or 3. That’s at least 8, covering easily.
