No I wasn't there tonight. Couldn't make it due to long planned business meetings today. However was speaking to someone who was there throughout the meeting, and got the info as it was happening.

Well what a night! 4 big points for Poole. Completely unexpected but most welcome. But dear oh dear oh dear. Kings Lynn in meltdown. How on earth could that happen after their performance last night? Seems completely rediculous. Poole put out such a weak team, the result is bonkers. But questions need to be answered. Why did Kings Lynn fold like a cheap pack of cards? Why did the two KL riders get themselves excluded in heat 9? Surely the team manager should have asked for a track inspection? Why did Batchelor feign a wrist injury? He never fell or took a knock. Why were Kings Lynn allowed IRR when Batchelor feigned injury? Why did Lambert go into the crowd and try to punch out one of his own fans? Why wasn't he thrown out of the meeting? Its a mess but Poole speedway can come through this as acting professionally and with integrity. No blame can be aportioned in any shape or form to Middlo and the boys who did their jobs. Well done lads! Really? Cantona went into the crowd at Palace once. Think he got a little ban. Fans are their to voice their opinions. This one was probably fed up with his teams lack of effort and shouted out his thoughts in no uncertain terms. Riders cannot go and seek retribution by thumping a paying fan. A 6 month ban the order of the day?
-
Oh dear he's lost it this time.
-
No. What we find funny is Gavan completely losing it and making a total clown of himself. He doesn't know when to stop! The result is great. The Kings Lynn team are a disgrace. Lambert trying to punch a Kings Lynn fan is outrageous. Batchelor crying off is pitiful. And Holder probably thought, sod this.
-
How come Lambert hasn't been chucked out of the meeting?
-
Yep. Makes up for last night. Kings Lynns self destruction is not Pooles fault. They have acted appallingly.
-
Oh yes it is! Gavan don't know when he is comedy gold! Lol!
-
And its absolutely hilarious. Keep it up Gavan!
-
Oh dear non of this is Poole's making. Chomp chomp chomp. Lambert has tried to punch out a spectator in the crowd! That's going to bring on a long and painful ban from the sport. Idiot.
-
Robert Lambert has just gone into the crowd and tried to punch a spectator!

Hollow victory? Nothing hollow about it. Poole have acted professionally as Kings Lynn self destruct on their own track. Riders failing to come out to race, and others packing their bikes away is tantamount to shoving two fingers up at their club and its fans. I hope Dale Allitt is ok. If it is caused by stress by the way his riders have acted, well shame on them.

Hearing Batchelor has now picked up a "wrist injury". Wtf? Utter b8llocks.
-
They can't. He is not injured. Should be reserves only.
-
About to restart. KL reserves in heat 9.
-
Ambulance leaving stadium.
-
I don't believe that.
-
KK is not riding under orders. Middlo has just been talking to him in the pits and it looked like at the end of the conversation Middlo raised his arm in a "clear off" type gesture.
-
Kings Lynn track is a disgrace. Extremely bad. They have now sent a lorry around to try and pack it down. But will the ref bottle heat 9? With both Poole riders at tapes the Kings Lynn boys were excluded under two mins. In the rerun it should be the Kings Lynn reserves only.
-
Doubt Doyle will be riding for Swindon at Poole.
-
52-40ish. The current Poole team is not strong enough to give Kings Lynn a scare, even with r/r for Klindt.

The current Poole lineup won't get close to 40 points at Lynn. -

Well people do need to understand that I actually do know what I am talking about regarding Poole. I wrote the above before the announcement if Richie Worrall as a 28 day injury replacement. Other than that I was spot on, as I expected to be. Arse covering? No just knowing my team. First of all well done to Kings Lynn. They can only beat the team put in front of them and tonights Poole team was the weakest 1-7 I have seen since 2009. The result was no suprise at all. Out of our group, only 2 fancied our chances. The rest of us expected us to lose. It was all too easy for Kings Lynn. If Brady had been fit to ride we would probably have got home but Richie W is certainly no replacement for Kurtz. Can't fault his efforts though. For Kings Lynn. Batchelor did as I expected with a couple of wins. Jorgensen did well. Two good rides. Huckenback ditto. Lambert was solid. Fell asleep in heat 15 when a third would have got KL an extra point. Woke up too late and missed catching Jack by half a bike. Holder as expected came fired up and rode well. Rose was very solid. Ayres was out of his depth. For Poole. Taxi for KK. Not interested. In the slightest. Poodled around at the back in his first two before gating and realising he was leading down the back straight. Soon fixed that though by allowing Lambert to come around him. Then in heat 13 gated again and realising sticking the brakes on again decided to stay safe and clear off. Was not chosen for heat 15. Surely it would be easier just to tell Matt Ford he doesn't want to ride here? Holder battled for every point. Can't fault his effort. Taxi for Klindt! Two words sum up his riding tonight. Bottle job. Gated, a rider got close and he moved out of the way. Not only is he clearly unfit, but he has lost his nerve and we all witnessed it. Sorry Nicolai, time to call it a day. At least for his season. If you lose your bottle when riders get close, you are a danger not only to yourself but others as well. Worrall did what was expected, but he is not of the same standard of the rider he is covering for, therefore we are stuffed here until Bradys return. Not Worralls fault. But he needs to score double figures at home at least to cover and that isn't going to happen. Hans did his job. Had a great race with Holder in heat 13. Starke tried his heart out. Can't fault his efforts. Same with Shanes who saw off his rival number 7. Poole really were there for the taking and unless 2 changes are made and Brady returns, we won't make the playoffs this season. But even if we did make top 4, we would be the whipping boys for Wolves or Belle Vue. As for the track, much improved on the Belle Vue meeting. Again well done to Kings Lynn. Three easy points for them tomorrow night. -

Bjarne Pedersen is here in the pits with Matt. Spoke to Nicolai. Says he is feeling much better. Soon find out. Wished Richie Worral good luck. We will need him to start well and have a good meeting. -
Went past the stadium this morning so took a look. Nowt going on.

He will be welcomed tomorrow night, but he should have been welcomed as a replacement for injured Klindt or an under performing second string. Not our best rider this year.
