  1. Nicholls a very good guest for Lindgren. A track specialist so Wolves wont miss Lindgren very much on this occassion. Possibly score a couple of points less but in the scheme of things not enough of a difference for Wolves fans to get worried. As I said in an earlier post, if we can get a point tomorrow it will be a great acheivement. More of a worry is the team we are going to put out on Saturday.
  2. Brady was unbeatable there last time. Riders missing ike this can be a real pain in the butt.
  3. Thats disappointing news. Holder has been very good recently and losing him is a blow. Means we will have to use Klindt to cover his rides meaning Klindt won't be available if another ride is having an off night. Puts a lot on pressure on Klindt and if he has a bad night we will be sunk. If Lindgren is out he can easily be covered by the Wolves riders. Sure it will weaken them in the scheme of things but Wolves riders are so dialled in and with Thorsell, Masters Schlein and one of the others able to take a ride he will hardly be missed very much in a one off occasion. Think Poole will miss Holder more than Wolves will miss Freddie, though I reckon he will ride. As of yet he hasn't pulled out of his Polish commitment tomorrow. Lets hope the rain holds off and we get the meeting on.
  4. Rubbish final. Well a Polish 123. Looking ominous for the swc. Well done to Piotr who has had a poor season before this evening!
  5. Doesn't have the speed or the intensity to challenge the top few. Looks like an also ran at the moment.
  6. Well Tai, you are clearly not making it work riding Poland and Sweden only. No way will you be challenging for the WC this year on your current form. Perhaps you should consider asking if there is any room at the inn back in the UK to get some more racing in?
  7. Magic up, Zmarzik up, Zagar up. Miracle.
  8. Agree the camerawork is diabolical it seems the guy above the tapes has never covered the sport before and doesn't know where to aim the camera at the end of a heat and is missing the action off the last bend for minor places. Poor crowd and after Warsaw not great so far.
  9. Great to see that he has put a bad 2016 behind him. One Pole that has support from many fans outside of Poland. Looks fast and back to his best. Would love for him to return to Poole but very unlikely anytime soon.
  10. Are we suprised? Lol! Hopefully he will be OK for Monday. His form has improved immensely as the season has gone on and he is now living up to expectation. We don't need to go to Wolves weakened in any way.
  11. If the club can't afford to run top flight speedway, why are they attempting to run with a team which looks now like it would cost top flight wages? With Kings Lynn, Leicester and Wolverhampton close by and Rye House not far away, it would make sense for them to move back up. But Saturdays and Sundays would be off the menu. Can they make it pay on a Friday night? Pleased to read this.
  12. Rarely venture in these parts but it makes interesting reading. So if Peterborough can afford this team why are they not in the top flight?
  13. Of course its completely different. No one has slated Woffindens ability. Just his patriotic duty. Stevebrum is just snatching at straws simply because he has been called out, quite rightly, of going on and on and on about KK. Lets face it, only his lapdog Gavan is following him around agreeing with his master. The rest of us see Brum as obsessed with KK.
  14. Yes. Not a part timer like Stevebrum. Me and Rob will be there cheering on the pirates whether we get thumped or nick something. Think we could hold Wolves to less than 50 if the team all ride to their ability. Going to be hard on that diddly little track with its monstrous home advantage though. Forecast is for showers in the afternoon. Might mess up the track a bit if one hits.
  15. Difference is I am not obsessed and slagging him off in every post. He goes on and and on and on and on about KK. A top class rider who had a poor stat to a season and in Stevebrums head he is the worst rider in the whole league, the way he goes on, and on, and on......
  16. And Stevebrum posts yet another post about KK.
  17. Track bad. Holder doesn't want to know. Doyle all over the place. Only riders that really looked good were Zmarzlik, Shamek and Wozniak. Poor advert for racing in a completely meaningless event.
  18. Its got nothing to do with whether KK is bit on form or off form. Its that you have to mention how rubbish he is in virtually every post. Seriously. We know his form hasn't been great this season. We don't have to have you telling us every single post what a rubbish rider KK is, when thats far from the truth.
  19. Lapdog Gavan following KK infatuated Stevebrum around to please his master.
  20. Whose slagging of KK? You are in virtually every post! Considering he doesn't ride for your club you are transfixed on him. Very strange to be honest. As for Zengota, why would I look up a meaningless fixture in my eyes of Wolves V Swindon from years ago? Most Poles struggle around Monmore. Its a fact. Ocassionally one or two manage to get around it. Lets see how he does on Monday. Baz, yes me and Rob are going up. Hope the Wolverhampton management don't try and charge more than the usual entry as I have no interest in a nl meeting afterwards.
