  1. Entertaining meeting tonight. And no dust either! Some great racing with loads of passing. Result was never in doubt but it was all good to watch in a superb warm evening with temperatures at 26 degrees. Poole Zengota really not doing the job he was brought in for. Best he withdraws and we use guests until KK can return. Made some terrible decisions on track to end up tailed off. Holder was excellent but should have covered the outside in heat 15. Solid though. Starke did well with some good passing. Excellent debut. Kurtz was good though got blocked out in heat 15. Andersen excellent. Wilkinson had an excellent heat 14. Shanes did his job. For Leicester. Nilson was useless. Riss was excellent and never gave up. Exciting rider. Bjerre was poor. King was very good his best meeting at Poole for a long while. Lucky in one heat with a monster roller Stevey Wonder would have seen. Bates rode OK and did a job. Ayres inspected the fence a couple of times. Easy win but we can't beat Belle Vue next week without a proper number one or a scoring reserve. We are currently missing two big scorers.
  2. Hearing Kyles now been picked up by a club. Really pleased and wish him every success. Certainly gives the club the best reserves in the league.
  3. I expect bad dust tonight. 30 degrees for 5 days in the bounce. They could be watering now and it would be evaporated in an hour. Hope they have a bowser tonight rather than two useless hosepipes and the guys holding them afraid to use them.
  4. Leicester will never have a better opportunity to get something. If Klindt isn't back for Monday against Belle Vue we will have another home defeat on our hands.
  5. Heres a chance for you scb. Design up some quality graphics and email them to BT. They can only so no and might say yes. Worst case scenario is a waste of a few hours work.
  6. And Stevebrums infatuation with KK continues for another day.
  7. It was anasty crash. Meidzinski was leading, Doyle cut under him, close down the main straight and Meidzinski tried to drop it across him entering the bend, but Doyle was there. Doyle stayed on but Meidzinski ploughed into the fence and went off in an ambulance. Doyle rode back to the pits but was clearly in pain when being looked at. Not his fault but really just a racing incident. With so much at stake riders are desperate for every point and take huge risks. Best wishes to both for a speedy recovery.
  8. What a finish! You could see what was going to happen the moment Holder went inside and had to slow because Dudek was there. Terrble racing decision from Holder. Should have stayed out for third. Read that over a lap out.
  9. Nasty tangle just happened between Doyle and Meidzinski in heat 14 Torun/Gora. Meidzinski in ambulance conscious. Doyle in pits struggling with ankle on oxygen. Wish both riders well. Hope nothing broken. Definate ankle injury to Doyle. Doctor strapping it Doyle in pain. He didn't deserve this after last season. Hopefully precautionary.
  10. Terrible crash Doyle and Medzinski. Medzinski hit his bike as he went in. Doyle hurt his leg.
  11. Rzeszow are absolute crap. Why on earth do they show them, and away at that matter.
  12. Lol! Very good! I was thinking along the lines of Magic Moments.
  13. If there is nothing to gain average wise between the two, I would have kept Kyle 100%. If there was a half point gain when the new averages come into effect, then I can understand Matts thinking in bringing in other changes elsewhere with extra maneuverbility. What we need is the title of that Perry Como song.
  14. Not sure what I have done wrong here to be honest!
  15. If the deal is for one of the Poole riders to head into the Leicester team, that would more than likely be Klindt who is pretty decent around there. Trying to second guess Matt is not that easy but I bet he has his team worked out and is just doing it bit by bit. Whether the changed team will be any better than the current one is anyones guess though. One things for sure and that is we need a big scoring number one. Zengota is not a decent long term replacement for KK.
  16. Flagrags posts are normally accurate. His sources are pretty good. Though on this occasion it would be a bit of a suprise as Gomolski isn't pulling up any trees in Poland this season.
  17. To be honest its only one or two, repeating it hundreds of times. Most of us know KK is a quality rider.
  18. I truly believe you can't resist having a dig at KK at every opportinity. You have been picked up on it by numerous different forum members yet still you persist. Every single member of this forum knows that you dislike KK. You don't have to repeat it 573 times. I said I was disappointed Lisa. Which Poole fan isn't? Starke for Newman doesn't seem to make any sense. So there has to be more than meets the eye which got me thinking there's more to this. What is the difference in averages between the two? If Starkes average is lower than Newmans, the reason for the change would be to free up more fractions of a point for other areas of the team to be strengthened. If Starkes average is higher than Newmans, forget all of the above and just remain disappointed in the change.
  19. Have a feeling more changes are on the way. If Starke comes in on a lower average than Kyle, there is a master plan here, with another rider or two for the chop who has been scoring well.
  20. Disappointed in this move to be honest. Watched Kyle at Belle Vue on Friday have a brilliant 5-1 ride to beat Fricke. He is not race fit but has been on the pace since his return. Often the difference between winning a heat and ending up last is no more than being in the wrong place coming off the second bend. Kyles on the pace and putting it about. Harsh by Matt here. Could perhaps understand it more is Kyle was being replaced by a rider guarenteed to bang in more points but....Starke? With all due respect I don't think swapping out Kyle for Starke is going to improve the teams scoring. And having watched Gomolski every Sunday in Poland he is now riding lower league and not exactly setting it on fire. Artur Mrozcka a far better scorer and on form. But who would he replace anyway?
