Poole came back in the second half but were always going to run out of heats. KKs ef in heat 13 cost us a draw we scarcely deserved. KK easily beaten by Wilson Dean. Andersen easily beaten by wacjanek. Ridiculous and pathetic. No excuse. Its OK to come to the party in the second half if you have enough in the tank to cruise through but it was never going to happen. Kyle is hopefully back next week but Kerr never let the team down once and even though he was terrible in his first rides got his act together. I hope he is picked up by another club as he has done a good job. Well done again to Swindon. Took 100% advantage of the conditions early on to just hang on to a deserved victory.

What the hell has the fact that Woffinden and Ward are friends? Doesn't change the fact Woffinden has crapped over British speedway.

Darcy for all his faults, never turned his back on British speedway. And for an Aussie he gave his all for the EL. Woffinden as a Brit, has shown utter distain for British speedway, at league and international level. Why should we, as fans of British speedway both at club level and at country level, offer support to someone who refuses to ride at either level? His support is down to a few hardcore Fans at GP level and the Wolverhampton fanbase. Most see him as someone who used the British system then cleared off. Good riddance imo.

So does he want to teach the youngsters? To get themselves plastered in tatooes? To use expletives when speaking live on TV? To show how to treat British Speedway league by thumbing his nose at it? To show contempt for British speedway fans by refusing to ride in the British Championships? To show further contempt by refusing to ride for TeamGB in the SWC? The guy hasn't got anything to offer British youngsters other than how not to do it. Sure hes a great rider on a bike but it ends right there. Neil Vatcher is doing a great job, young lads are progressing and We are starting to see young talent come through. No need whatsoever for Woffinden to be involved in anything to do with the sport in this country. The guy's made himself a pariah so why on earth would British speedway bother to do anything in return? Its a real shame that a British world champion has snubbed his nose at Great Britain. But you reap what you sew.

Latest radar shows a huge swathe of rain to the south west of Poole which is pivoting around on itself. The rain is a little further shouth than predicted. Depends whether it will sweep around and dump the wet stuff on us or stay in the channel.

The Poole track staff seem scared crapless of putting water on the track. A couple of men holding hosepipes and afraid to put more than a light sprinkle on the track every 4 or so heats. Billowing dust for everyone to suffer, fans shouting out from the grandstand about it as a bloke holding the hosepipe waters the centergreen! Wheres the water bowser? It never shows its face during a meeting. Ever. Two hosepipes is clearly nowhere near enough. The very next race after a "watering" the dust billows up after a couple of laps. Far worse this season and unacceptable. Really needs to be sorted out, quickly.

Zzzzzzzzzzzz! Dreadful place in the backside of nowhere with track to match. Like having the British GP in Buxton or Tidworth. Not exactly going to attract new fans who might be looking in for the first time.
