  1. And two more posts this morning from Stevebrum slagging off KK. He really just can't help himself. Mention KK and on go the bovver boots. Mention Woffinden and he is blowing kisses. Edit. Make that three times as he has just slagged KK off again on the Poole thread. Dear oh dear talk about infatuation with KK. As bad as Gavan and anything Poole.
  2. Doubt Zengota will do anything at Monmore. So will Stevebrum be on his case like his continuous anti KK posts? Don't think we will get a spanking. We have riders good enough to keep it reasonable, though will be vunerable in 13 and 15. Might be close to a point.
  3. Would think Shanes would be the rider at risk which would be a real shame. He has done himself proud. Guess if it was him he would be instantly picked up by Kings Lynn or another vlub with a weak reserve. Which would mean Newman and Klindt at reserve. Or Newman and Holder when Klibdt moves up.
  4. i mentioned him a couple of weeks ago as a potential target. He hasnt been able to get into his Polish team and will be eager to do well to impress. A good solid rider. And we will have more points available for a second change. But. All other riders have done their job so it will be harsh on someone who doesn't deserve the boot.
  5. Dont mind being classed as underdogs with no chance. Because KK has started poorly people are not rating us and expecting us to be also rans this season. But we are a far better team than these people think. We will be challenging at the playoff end of the season.
  6. Next Monday sees Pooles first meeting in nearly a month as Pirates head to Monmore for what could be a very entertaining fixture. Start time of 6 pm so guessing the Wolves management are hoping for a lot of kids to attend before school next day. Andersen, Kurtz, Klindt and Newman all go OK around here and the guest at number one could also help keep it reasonable close. Someone like Harris perhaps? Poole rarely come away with anything at Monmore so if we can keep it to within 8 it will show promise. Wolves are certainly the team to beat and title favourites this year so a close score will show Poole are not out of the running just yet. Should be a cracker. Thoughts?
  7. Porky is on the mic. Thought my ears were deceiving me!
  8. He is utterly useless at Monmore. But he is a proper top speedway rider no matter how many dozens of posts you go on and on and on about him. Most speedway riders don't have to suffer piddly little Monmore more than twice a season. For Polish riders its a serious challenge and one many feel not worth worrying about as they only go there very occassionally. KK was second in the world quite recently and an acheivement most riders could only dream about. Sure his form is down currently but that doesn't mean he is a bad rider. His career proves how good he can be, regardless of your continuous insults at him.
  9. I thought Artur Mroczka was excellent for Tarnow. Suprised he hasn't got a berth in a premership team over here.
  10. Just watching Artur Mroczka in action for his Polish club Tarnow this afternoon. Very fast and agressive only dropped a point. He is not riding Extraleague and has the ability to do very well over here. Has anyone enquiredon his availability?
  11. Think Hampel is passed his best. If he gates he is ok but doesn't seem to have the same agression from before his smash. Definately on the way down. Have to say not the most exciting of lineups.
  12. He's been good for Poole this year. Always has a duff ride though. I spoke to him at the last Poole meeting and we talked about this meeting. He was right up for it so no suprise he has sailed through. Always had the ability but not the application.
  13. See he still hasn't learned after being banned every other month. Looks like his anger is brewing again to threaten someone again. I give it a week or two and he will have another enforced holiday. If Gavan had any intellect he would realise. So guess he is lacking in the one word he likes to tally around.
  14. No way should the bspa towtow to Woffindens whims. Give the places to Cook and Lambert.
  15. I don't agree with any of that. How can Britain improve if our best rider refuses to ride for us, and bring along his experience? He would rather go galavanting off for a weeks holiday than do the right and honorable thing of representing his nation! God forbid he has most of October, November, December, January, February and March for holidays! How the hell can the bspa be blamed for Woffinden being tired mid season? Yep. Get behind Woffinden and give his backside a shove with a boot straight out of the exit door.
  16. I concur he is a great talent on a speedway bike. Everyone agrees that British speedway at this moment is on a very low ebb. We have a two times world champion snubbing his own country to ride in the Polish and Swedish leagues. And lets be honest here Swedish speedway isnt in a very healthy place at this moment either, judging by the crowds and lack of noise from who is there. The teams must cost a fortune so they must be really leaking money. At least British speedway has cut its cloth accordingly. Tai could easily ride here if he wished. He could easily ride for TeamGB. He could easily ride in the British championsips as well. But he choses not to. He as being the best Britain has to offer could improve the sport in this country but choses not to. His snub of the country that taught him his trade stinks to be honest. Imo he could undo the damage by making himself available for teamGB and signing for a British club next season. Of course many will disagree and think it fine the way he has treated British speedway and its fans.
  17. It doesn't fit their agenda Lisa. Bet they are cursing that Skidder said exactly the same as I did. Gavan wasn't there so unfit to comment, as for the chris2gillian chap it was probably his first meeting of the season. If he had been the previous weeks, then he would have had something to moan about!
  18. Tungate has not lived up to his billing. Poor from him this season. Really suprised he has actually got a team berth for Lodz in Poland to be honest.
  19. In place of who?I doubt it very much.
  20. You are wasting your time with this chris4gillian guy. He would argue the sky is pink if I said it was blue. Funny how he completely ignored your previous post to argue against my point, that the track was far better and dust only appeared in the final few heats. He is a nit picker. Hunts through my posts to find something to argue about. Then is backed up by his lapdog Gavan who just repeats the same crap until he gets banned again, for the umteenth time. Laurel and Hardy.
  21. True he has treated British fans with utter distain and contempt and there will always be apologists, but he could still right the wrongs by showing some remorse and accept that showing a lack of respect to Britain is not the way to garner the following of a countrys fans. The whole British speedway nation should be 100% behind him. A real pity so many no longer cheer him on.
  22. Your opinion. Even someone who was at the Warsaw GP found that many no longer support the guy. You can continue to beat the Woffinden drum but he has lost the support of a large majority of British fans. I myself am not anti Woffinden. If he came back to British speedway league, rode for TeamGb and rode in the national championships he would get support back. But certainly not with the way he has treated British fans currently as mugs. But I guess some would support him even if he said it to their face.
  23. Theres tens of thousands to dispose of. They will cost the football club money to dispose of so they should be free to a good home and if would be good PR. If you dont ask you dont get.
