I would imagine they would change their race night if they went EL.

There will still be an Elite League, just different teams. The constitution of the BSPA states that should any league fail, the teams will reform new leagues. Probably no Leicester, possibly no Coventry. Rye House wanting up? Glasgow wanting up? You can't have a rule of no top riders. How will British riders improve if they are not meeting the best? Doyle has already signed anyway. There are GP riders who have remained with the EL. Why should they be penalised?

Oh FFS, what is it with some bloody promotions? They couldn't organise a p up at a brewery. I have a feeling next seasons EL is going to look very different. As for Garrity, its hearsay at the moment so we will have tonwait and see. If he has been banned for drink driving serves him right and he is bound to lose his van. Attacking his promoter and team mate is ridiculous behaviour though!

Looking Like Poole V Bv..

Yes the stadium is open all the way around. Plans to redevelop the stadium are, I will believe it when I see it. -
I can only assume this post is a wind up. I can only assume from your post you have asked Kyle if he has no ambition and he has replied that, no he doesn't have any and is happy to stay at reserve. But the truth is you don't have a clue. Not every rider can be a world champion. But Kyle has never given less than 100% and that's the reason why he is so popular at Poole and long may there be a space for him in the team. A proper racer and a Brit. I have no doubt whatever team he rode for, the fans of that club would soon hold him in very high regard. And don't forget he has had two injuries this season, one extremely serious and life threatening. No, he won't be a world champ. I doubt he will ever be a number one, but he is still improving and there's more to come. He is having a very decent speedway career and the criticism aimed at him is unfair IMO.

Didn't know who he was until he posted when he got home. -
Bully Gavan off the forum? Get with it. I had the guy on block and never replied to his trolling posts. Others gave the guy the truth about his stinking attitude on here on numerous occassions, which he finally realised made himself look the pillock he was. Only you seemed to think the way he was carrying on was acceptable. No wonder people thought you were one and the same. He has returned to the form he had of 2012. This is the Chris Holder that has been missing for a couple of seasons, with serious injury and also the injury to his mate which affected him. Seems he has put it behind him and the last coulle of months has been riping it up.

This SteveO bloke came and sat in front of our lot earlier this season when Swindon were down. He knew who we all were but didn't have the courtesy to introduce himself. Instead he huffed and puffed his way through the whole meeting, moaned outloud to himself that I was filming a bit on Periscope because I was guving a commentary to about 30 watchers (not against the rules at the time) then skulked off after heat 14 with his tail between his legs after his side had taken a pasting! Talk about bitter. He was hoping we would only have a tiny lead, if a lead at all, so last night must have come as a major disappointment to him. -
Thought the meeting went on at a decent pace. Better than previous years when the two meetings go out of sync. Crowd was good but not as big as the summer months, plus remember it was on Sky. What was good wasvseeing four gp riders in heat 15. Is this the first time that has happenedbin the el this season?

Lakeside Vs Belle Vue, 21/9/16...
Steve Shovlar replied to Ace no.5's topic in SGB Premiership Speedway League
Easy as I thought it would be. Going into a playoff semi without a number one and expecting your other riders to cover was foolhardy at best, and stingy at worst. Short changed theplayoffs Imo. -
Now that was a tense meeting! The feeling amounst the fans I talked to were all predicting 4-6 points advantage, so to double that is so impressive, especially as there was a hole in our middle prder you could have driven a bus through! Some great racing tonight. Hard racing indeed. Pirates desperately missed Hans and as Inexpected not the meeting for Lindback to return to el racing. Without having ridden on the track for years it took him three rides to get to grip with conditions. Some people on here were berating Kyle Newman and saying he could easily replaced with riders like Stark. Do thosesbsame people think the same right now? Tonight you saw exactly why Kyle Newman is so popular at Poole. Bleeds blue blood, has a never say die attitude and is loved here. Man of the meeting with some tremendous passing. Bjarne was badly exposed this evening. For those that say it is ridiculous to have an ex gp rider at reserve, tonight shows why he was there. He has no speed any more and is living on his gating. However, Monmore is a much slower circuit. 12 points lead is much more than we expected to get but the boys dug deep to get that. Is it enough? Hard to say. But if we go out to Wolves at least we can say we battled to the end and if we come up short we went out to a better team.
