That’s ok if you gate and earn a living, but that’s no good for GP’s. It’s like Berntzon said to Scotty last night “GP racing is a level above league racing”. Kolodzeij is riding for his pension pot. That’s ok, but not in the GP’s please.

Then there is those who would like to see the 2 Russians back. Fricke doesn’t deserve to be in next year but Vaculik does, bad injury stopped him this year.What Nilsson and Kolodzeij will bring to the GP’s……I can’t see it being much. Woffy will get a place The selectors have a tough job anytime, but particularly this year.

Next year Bewley, Lambert and Holder will have improved more. If Freddie can get rid of long covid and Madsen get completely fit and Woffy do what he says he is going to do then it could be a tough season for Zmarzlik. No Russians until complete withdrawal from Ukraine, which isn’t going to happen anytime soon. Remember the list of riders for next year will, traditionally, be announced within 24 hour of the last GP of the year.

They were affordable in 2016 and it paid off because stadium wasn’t not quite full. For a GP it would the the same or even full.

BV can be extended to 9/10k with temporary stands as 8n 2016 for world team championship. Do you think there is 9k at Mallila tonight? I don’t.

So, I watching qualifying, there are 3 tracks, one is smaller so I assume a training track for juniors. There is the GP track, but the third looks about same size as the GP track…. What is that for?

I know there was a bad accident in one of the early hears…… but this is dragging on. Not a bad meeting, but well far from being a really good one. Cerianak impresses me, and Kacper Woryna seems to be doing better this year.

Madsen let the opportunity to take the overall led slip. A decent meeting overall.
