  1. Read the Sheffield 2015 thread, I have quoted the post where Najjer lets on that he knows. Ask yourself why he knows, why I knew and yet your own promoter is saying on your official website he didn't know.
  2. But it doesn't have to be all 10. The fact he has score 10 bonus points suggests there was NO effort. Why is that? Your management knew this was coming (well I did anyway) so should have been making an effort to get that average up.
  3. The issue is NOT Rory. It could have been any non-Brit and I think we'd have all felt the same. We want Brits to ride for Team GB, it's hardly a radical expectation is it?
  4. When they removed bonus points they dropped the work permit figure from 8 to 7. Can't have it both ways.
  5. That change doesn't fit yet but from the 1st June it does. Means using guests or r/r for 2 weeks but Im sure they'll cope. In some way it might save the management a headache when Bellego does return.
  6. I'm loving it. Told I didn't know anything, got all sorts of abuse. Turned out I was right all along. This is one great big, "Told you so" from me. I'm also not worried about the bet as Bellego will replace him, so no harm done.
  7. When Bellego returns Garrity can now stay and Bellego can replace Proctor.
  8. They chose to sign him knowing if he didnt meet the criteria after 60 days he'd be booted out. As for an EU dud, they'll just retain BRITISH rider Jason Garrity when David Bellego returns. Surely thats a good thing?
  9. Now this for me is the farce. Sheffield knowingly took the risk, it failed. They now get a facility for a rider who they could only ever offer a contract to until now, so why do they get a facility?
  10. Weirdly, I think Proctor has a better case than Davies and Smith. As I see it Davies and Smith have zero claim to a work permit having not met any criteria in the last 12 months. Where as Proctor did meet the criteria at the time based on his EL average last season.
  11. The only possibly oddity is Worrall in ahead of Garrity. But it's pretty irrelevant as neither is going to be in the team.
  12. The issue is that Proctor (Davies and Smith) all got work permits they didn't deserve. Thats where this all went wrong. the UKV&I tried to show some leniency and now people are complaining, had they not give them the permits in March people would have complained then instead.
  13. He's neevr met the criteria. He was given a temp visa to try and justify giving him a longer one, and failed. Hope it's not a draw How can Konopka guest for a rider in Sweden? Crang is ok as he's classed as a NL junior and it's not a facility. It might seem irrelevant but rules are rules, ask Ty Proctor
  14. It's really not. Proctor was give 60 days to meet the criteria. He's failed. The stupid thing is if he had scored less bonus points he'd probably still have a job, proving speedway riders and managers are all a bit thick, if they had sat down and discussed this they could have made sure Tys team mate kept finishing behind him but they didn't and now he doesn't have a job. Some of if knew of this 60 day thing. But we were just brushed off as keyboard warriors and trouble makers 2 months ago. Ho hum. Told you so!
  15. No you don't. You don't meet the criteria so you're told you have 60 days to move you're worthy. Some of us knew of this situation, go and look at my latest post in the Sheffield 2015 thread! As for Proctor/Bellego. As of the 1st of the month Proctors average is higher than Bellego, so there the solution. Sorted.
  16. I was explicitly told about Proctor, he was named to me by one person. But someone else also informed me there were other short term visas too but no names mention, that could simply have meant one or many visas. Totally speculating now but I'd guess any rider who didn't meet the criteria in March would have been given a temp visa to prove their worth, so Davies, Smith and Sedgmen(now over 7) in addition to Ty.
  17. Najjer, you know all. How could you possibly know this? Do you think you know better than promoters? Bloody keyboard warriors!!
  18. I love Damien Bates rant. I was informed 2 months ago that Proctor had 60 days to hit a 7 point average - I was bemused by the fact he was scoring so many bonus points. You think any work permit rider with a brain would be looking to score less bonus points to make sure they get/keep their work permits! Im not shocked so why is Bates?!
  19. He was convicted in a court of law. Thats good enough for me!
  20. I know speedway is not exactly up with modern times but really?! pay someone to operate them? turn them on, open the program on the laptop and away it goes! Honestly, they're not difficult to get working. To start with they could be trailed simply as a tool to see if riders are jumping at the start and determine race result. If that trial goes well you could look at getting rid of the tapes and just using the lights at all levels of the sport - you don't need the transponders to get rid of the tapes TBH.
  21. Beating up a Japanese guy in a nightclub. Racially aggravated assault.
  22. This line up looks stronger than the other by quite a bit IMO.
  23. The Lakeside Speedway twitter tweeted to the Kent news article about positive news from the planning meeting and more news soon. Why do that if there was nothing in it? Not stirring rumours surely?!
  24. TBF, he only said what most of us though. TBH I'm very impressed with Wolves start - especially as PK aside I can't see how they're doing it! It leaves me confused, I think Wolves are pants when I look at the 1-7 but when I consider PK scoring is only going to drop a little while Musliak and Thorsell should get better Wolves should get stronger. Swindon really depends on what happens in 4 weeks time with Kildemand and/or Miedzinski. Could be battling for play-offs or totally screw if both quit.
