  1. But wasn't it great? WOW, what a race, they both tried to kill each other and as long as they didn't it was good
  2. Thats twice this season that refer has messed up the start!
  3. Lee Richardson disproves the gating tart theory and Scott Nicholls does his usual trick of going wide in the 1st and second bend when it's clearly not the fastest way!! Was he not watching heat 1?
  4. There is a 'c' and an 'r' in screw (I hope but sadly doubt)
  5. SPOT ON!!! Prehaps we should have a format where every rider rides against every other once to make things fair. That would really upset the poor little riders. They alreayd have it easy by having heats 2, 8, 12 and 14 and not having to have a ride in heats 13 and 15, what more do they want? No tac subs in heat 8 it seems!! BTW, why heat 8? Heats 8, 12 an 14 are interchangable these days with the rules about your 2,3 & 4 and 6 & 7 being able to ride in any order, so do we ban tac subs in heats 1-4, heat 8, heat 12 and heat 14, as well as heat 15 and of course heat 13 is unlikely. So tac subs only in heats 6,7,9,10 and 11 but wait, we have reserves in some of them rides, we should ban tac subs in them heats too!!! Stick to the normal tac sub and the 15 metre Golde Double, I have seen some great heat 8's where the heatleader was outgated and in some cases beat, that includes heats where Newport have been the one using the tac sub and lossing out.
  6. Yes, England now When they win next season they'll be back to good ol' Team GB
  7. Why Bomber? He did nothing wrong and I am proud of him. I'm proud of the 3 guys who did what we expected of them in thie World Cup. Nicholls and screen didn;t do as we expect. How can you be proud of Nicholls when he kept goig wide, despite the fatc he said in an interview it was stupid to try and go wide of Pedersen on the 1st bend. He's a pro who has rode against Pedersen 100's of times, not some CL novice who has never rode against him before! Offer him £17,000 then. I'm sure TRick would just ship for that!
  8. Well there you have it. Richardson is a waste of space, Stead and Harris are out of their depth and Scott Nicholls is a super star I think we have to look at the bottom 2 if we want to point fingers.
  9. Agreed. Not bad for a pair of riders who 12 months ago, according to some lacked the bottle to go EL and would never go anywhere as a result and another who was nothing more than a PL rider riding in the EL after having the bottle to go EL. Two fingers up to the doubter there. Steady, the never-wil-be scored the same as Nicholls and he had a double point ride!!!
  10. I got an A in my maths, I failed. I wanted an A* I passed first time I know I'm not but I do know Scott Nicholls is capable of more, why else do you think the guy looked like he was about to cry when he was inteviewed? You could point the finger but won't as you know it would ruins your whole arguement. Scott Nicholls let us down. We'll never win anythign while people have your attitude, whats wrong with the attitude of could do better (like me and my GCSE maths and Scott and his scorig tonight?). There's always next year, WITH A NEW MANAGER!!!! (BTW, I stuck up for Middlo last year, the year before and every year before that too!) but he totally messed up the TS and joker tonight as Grachan has pointed out, could I do better? Well I said I'd have had Lee as a Joker in heat 13 so could have done no worse could I? An improvement on 2 is not difficult! (Steady got 2 in his TS)
  11. Yeah, bring in a manager who knows if Ferjan is eligable to ride for Hungary or not is a good start. No, it was clearly entering the 3rd turn. Making it all the more remarkable that Gollob stayed on.
  12. I don't think he got away with it though. Yes he could have bene excluded but how fair was that on the leaders?
  13. Yeah but no but. That makes it worse, they'd have won with Tomasz Chrazawieskiweski the 16 year old novice (who scored 0!!!) in Holtas place so why piss of so many people (including half of Poland)? The Poles (I'm ignoring Holta) were magnificent and worthy winners.
  14. I'd prefer to support MY teams/country. Just don't tell me to be proud when we have a couple of riders who have let us down. I'm proud of Richardson and Stead. Once again Nicholls fails to deliver, no doubt he is still the blus eyed boy, red light last year and now this year just naff!
  15. Yeah, gating tart who has let us down, AGAIN! HaHaHaHaHaHaHaHa! Well Done Lee, top Brit in a SWC once again, as I said, he has never let us down in a SWC and is without a doubt the best SWC rider.
  16. WELL SAID STEVE!! I want to win something, I'm fed up of supporting the team that comes last all the time, be it Team GB or Newport!
  17. BWitcher has just posted EXACTLY what I think. Still, the Team GB guys are lovely lads! I am so pleased for Gollob right now.
  18. But Holta is no more Polish than he is Swedish and he still lives in Norway. He ride in Sweden and Poland, it just that the Poles will give anyone a passport.
  19. Corny, I think you were expecting too much from certain riders. Bomber is putting himself a bit and just not getting the breaks, Stead is riding well too. Scott Nicholls is annoying me, he needs to learn not to go wide on the 1st bend. He said himself he expected Pedersen to take him wide in his first ride, so why go around him them?!?!
  20. Just when will Scott Nicholls learn if you miss the start you cannot go wide on a track prepared by Ole Olsen?
