I've been following speedway since 1970, never missed a season despite comets not being about, you can often tell its mechanical by the sound of the bikes, either reving or not getting traction when going round the bends sometimes they sound flat as a pancake, as the saying goes, if a highly tuned bike is slightly off for whatever reason you can often hear it, maybe the rider can't afford or does not want to get the engine serviced / tuned to improve things, so just battles on

Last year in the NDL and in the championship at reserve Adam should have been cleaning up at Edinburgh /Poole and away, with all his experience and knowledge of various tracks, but struggled to score many points and was well off the pace at times, so points to under powered equipment if the riders has lots of experience

Will be no dirt left at all on the track, if they did some practice sessions

Trying to make it sound good, maybe just maybe worky was a better attraction than Poole

NO a bit long in the tooth and the last few years despite a talent failed to show scoring ability, and often on poor equipment

Yea but in the past had to do the travelling for every home meetings as well, if your not in the correct frame of mind, doing this for a job, takes it toll, as has happened in the past unfortunately, hopefully with the correct diagnosis things will be better this year

No pressure on him, worky not that type of promotion, track only 10 miles from home and most of away meetings less than 3 hours away, also got a correct diagnosis of his issues, so hopefully onwards and upwards . Hope cookie and worky have a good season

Hope your correct, need some good names to keep fans onside, especially as the promotion have recently been pushing season ticket sales, but no riders named to help sell the tickets, yes if you like your speedway you are going to go whatever, but lots of people like to see names who are gonna be in the team. Hopefully we will have a team that will win at home and not disgraced away from home, and the fans back the promotion by turning up UTC
