Seniority should only be applied to the first running of the fixture, with any restagings taking place on an alternative race night and the Championship is surely senior to the NDL. Right now the NDL tail is wagging the Championship dog.

Maciej Jankowski's controversial elimination from the Cardiff GP semi final reminds me of the 1963 PLRC at Belle Vue When five riders tied on nine points but only two places in the final remained open to them. We used 8.00 on him and Garrad, and with Garrad unlikely to score many points, he needed to average 7.50+ just to stay pat.
