As you say Poole will be difficult to beat and if Edinburgh win on Friday then that would be two home defeats that wipe out our two away wins, leaving us scrabbling for bonus points, along with Berwick, particularly if the Bandits win at Workington.

Not so sure about that. I think we should bring forward our league meetings with Edinburgh rather than trying to arrange Scottish Cup meetings. As it stands a rain off of either fixture ( at Ashfield on July 31 and Armadale Aug 7) would mean going off your normal race night for the restaging to ensure it's raced before the cut off. If we want extra meetings how about a home and away with Workington? Might be easier to arrange.

We have four away meetings in the blank month, half our total away league fixtures, - at Scunthorpe Poole Berwick and Oxford, tracks Simon Lambert generally goes well on - and need some strong performances to at least have a chance of a BP. Time to make the change.

Agree with this assessment. He seems a quiet guy and is struggling, just like Ashton Boughen, another quiet young guy. We need a different managerial approach on occasions like this.

Might be wrong but I don't believe CB gets to make these kind of calls. Someone described him as the Meeting Manager and that's possibly the most accurate description of his role. As for SD, that ship has long sailed.
