The introduction of a clock will also mean a change to the rules as in British Speedway you only have to be on track heading to the tapes. If a clock is to be introduced at all tracks in the future, then the rule is to be ready to race before the 2 minutes has elapsed. Even the British Final had a shot clock just in front of the start line which was easily seen by us being seated just behind the start line & 2 rows up. This was mainly run down with races not starting for another 10-20 seconds. Knowing that this is the norm in British Speedway we then had nearly 10 minute intervals after every 4 races but this was dictated by TV & their schedule & interviews. Later in the meeting we also saw the tractors racing round, seemingly not doing anything but tyre packing but, again, this is the norm for Belle Vue as well as grading & watering earlier throughout a meeting but it keeps the track moist & consistent. -
Maybe the promoters are fighting among themselves for what might be available as quote "Hope they survive, wouldn't be surprised if a few promoters have a few lined up for their final push for playoff places". anti Godfrey as usual.

Track Curators advisers are available http://www.scbgb.co.uk/news.php?extend.91 but it seems like most of the tracks & curators do not want to use their experience because (excuses); this is how I always do it this is how the riders want it the weather will be fine so I will prepare it later we can not get access to the track with sufficient time to prepare (on the day or within 48 hours) there isn't a bump or bald patch prior to the meeting, it just evolves (week after week after week) we expected a little rain so we prepared it accordingly. Unfortunately, it did not appear at the track -

Dan Thompson is on the Rising Star list, who, according to the rules, are allowed to race in 2 leagues only( he is declared in Leicester's Championship & NL teams) yet he can ride in the Premiership as a guest Rising Star. -

Nice backtrack skid. This is the thread for Poole v Newcastle so people presumed you were talking about this meeting. Any riding order will be on a different thread ie; Birmingham v Poole when that is introduced. -
Any volunteers out there please to remove then replace covers before & after meetings?

When was the last time you looked at the league table on their website as it has been on there for a while but it should have been there from week 1 of the season. -
The riders not being paid has always been an issue to raise even in the past. Riders abroad being owed thousands. Was it not Kim Nilsson or A Jonsson owed thousands by Lakeside before they closed. Just what is in a contract for the riders? Do the captains still have to sign a form saying riders have been paid? Riders not paid can not refuse to ride otherwise they get a 28 day ban! What happened at Leicester on Friday shows that riders can act with their feet but it is a fine line with fans not knowing what is going on behind the scenes feeling the effects.

Yes, and no. It is in the Daily Star(probably interviewed Monday night) doing Plymouth, Poole, Sheffield(at Kings Lynn) then flying out to Slovakia. Saturday GP Challenge is at 1pm UK time.

Based on home form, no. Based on away form(4.50ish), yes. After Friday, only 2 home & 3 away meetings but any changes have to be made on or before the 28th to be ratified on the 1st September. Any other changes to be made if injuries occur. http://www.gbspeedway.com/2021/riderperf.php?mc1=x&mc2=r&mc3=av&mc4=x&rider=Tero
