  1. Which begs the question why they didn't mention it when releasing him, but at the end of the day he could only ride in one meeting and if not Peterborough we could have had a guest.
  2. We have run RR since May so I don't see another month making too much difference and won 2 matches away using it, Hall is currently averaging 3 pts a match from his 2 home matches so far, We likely wouldn't have lost twice at home with RR. JACOBS commitment at Mildenhall was never mentioned, the official line was they didn't want to burn him out, clearly that's a real concern as he signed for Workington within 48 hours.
  3. Roynon for Blackbird accepted, they could have kept Fisher in the team and continued with RR, that would have meant Bjerre, Ostergaard, Dryml and most likely Roynon would be taking rides currently filled by Hall with the likelihood of at least 7 or 8 points per meeting, Hall wont get anywhere near that. Not convinced Dilger for Jacobs was worth the change either.
  4. Horton, Swales, Johnson and Rathbone obviously thought so.
  5. Can you amend that to just Peterborough Management, I doubt many Panthers supporters think that.
  6. KURTZ has a broken arm apparently and ALLEN bruising, Somerset appear to think ALLEN will be ok for this match, we will see.
  7. Unfortunately this is a Horley decision and they can sometimes be very strange, she once awarded a rider second place in a race at Peterborough and at the time of the announcement the same rider was being interviewed by the meeting presenter in the pits. Bloody clueless springs to mind
  8. A chance - you clearly didn't see how bad Hall was
  9. Ryan Sullivan said exactly the same when he rode, very wise.
  10. Talking of Weirdo,s Glover, haven't seen you much at the Showground this year, perhaps I will BUMP into you at Rye on the 14th Sep
  11. Judging by the posts on hear and the boro forums you are not alone.
  12. I agree with most of that but Blackbird is better than ROYNON this year. Lol
  13. Good post and perhaps it's time we let the powers that be know enough is enough. To be fair the principle of boycotting matches with Poole is sound but falling attendances throughout the sport over the last few years should be getting the message across that things have to change.
  14. I take it you meant to say Bratters, Batters is what Somerset did to Rye House the other night
  15. Very true Again very true The reason we couldn't run regular Friday meetings was the Showground, if they hadn't stopped us I doubt we would have changed race night GP's or not.
  16. Presumably this is the same Len Silver who said in the star a while back that he thought speedway in the UK was in fine shape.
  17. North should have been in the side from the start, in the place of DRYML
  18. Website doesn't mention it, which is why I asked. That's a bit poor not to mention it, turning up to an away match to find out the no 1 wasn't riding and no guest wouldn't go down very well with me, frankly it's extracting the urine.
  19. I can only agree, this is a totally unacceptable performance. What was the problem with KENNETT
  20. I am not knocking that it's been done properly and in accordance with the Governing bodies but it's the inconsistency that stinks and the fact that one rider is French and the other English should make a difference is daft. Either it's allowed or it isn't.
