  1. KURTZ has a broken arm apparently and ALLEN bruising, Somerset appear to think ALLEN will be ok for this match, we will see.
  2. Unfortunately this is a Horley decision and they can sometimes be very strange, she once awarded a rider second place in a race at Peterborough and at the time of the announcement the same rider was being interviewed by the meeting presenter in the pits. Bloody clueless springs to mind
  3. A chance - you clearly didn't see how bad Hall was
  4. Ryan Sullivan said exactly the same when he rode, very wise.
  5. Talking of Weirdo,s Glover, haven't seen you much at the Showground this year, perhaps I will BUMP into you at Rye on the 14th Sep
  6. Judging by the posts on hear and the boro forums you are not alone.
  7. I agree with most of that but Blackbird is better than ROYNON this year. Lol
  8. Good post and perhaps it's time we let the powers that be know enough is enough. To be fair the principle of boycotting matches with Poole is sound but falling attendances throughout the sport over the last few years should be getting the message across that things have to change.
  9. I take it you meant to say Bratters, Batters is what Somerset did to Rye House the other night
  10. Very true Again very true The reason we couldn't run regular Friday meetings was the Showground, if they hadn't stopped us I doubt we would have changed race night GP's or not.
  11. Presumably this is the same Len Silver who said in the star a while back that he thought speedway in the UK was in fine shape.
  12. North should have been in the side from the start, in the place of DRYML
  13. Website doesn't mention it, which is why I asked. That's a bit poor not to mention it, turning up to an away match to find out the no 1 wasn't riding and no guest wouldn't go down very well with me, frankly it's extracting the urine.
  14. I can only agree, this is a totally unacceptable performance. What was the problem with KENNETT
  15. I am not knocking that it's been done properly and in accordance with the Governing bodies but it's the inconsistency that stinks and the fact that one rider is French and the other English should make a difference is daft. Either it's allowed or it isn't.
  16. Scunthorpe have followed procedure and the good old BSPA and SCB have allowed it when the rulebook says NO FACILITY. Yet another classic example of inconsistency and as others have pointed out Rye didn't get anything for TRESARRIEU when he was missing.
  17. Interesting, Ref from my info is Tony Steele so it will be interesting to see what he thinks. Although the weather could have the final say
