  1. 8 Chapters out of 20 are controlled by the BSPL, it’s interesting that nearly all the problems come from those 8 chapters.
  2. And how on earth does a governing body control guarantees, have you never heard of sponsors or brown envelopes.
  3. It would have been nice to know why the SCB made the decision re Robert Lambert when the BSPL have sole authority to approve or not on team line ups, perhaps this will be revealed in time.
  4. Judging by a lot of the crap that gets posted on here I would say the exact opposite.
  5. No 8 chapters of the rule book are down to the BSPL And it’s those 8 chapters which cause 99% of the problems.
  6. Until they confirm everything at the AGM it’s all conjecture. Even then it’s often open to interpretation by the BSPL Directors.
  7. Just to hear something would be nice. Patience is something the fans have suffered all season.
  8. That’s of course assuming you actually get racing, the track this year was disgraceful and certainly didn’t provide good racing. Hotels have gone into complete rip off mode and that coupled with outrageous ticket prices on top of this years rubbish show means the rumoured 11,000 paying customers this year will take a hit, we personally know several friends that having gone for decades are saying enough is enough and will watch it on tv in 2023. And who can really blame them.
  9. They normally confirm final averages at the BSPA AGM.
  10. At least it’s not to far to come for him unless he is on his holidays somewhere as for Pickering, Holder and Sedgmen they surely have all gone home to Oz. And if Leicester don't get their play off final on this weekend I fancy Leicester and Poole will be in the same boat.
  11. I would have thought it was fairly obvious, the less matches that count the more GSA can be manipulated.
  12. And they are here to stay as most if the time they can actually ensure clubs stay in the black and even make a good profit.
  13. To be fair Poole just want to win full stop, that is literally all they care about. Fairness, consistency and openness is ok for everyone else as long as Poole win every competition.
  14. No he tripped over a money bag and sprained his ankle
  15. It’s to do with the management structure going forward Theresa
  16. Very little announced on the night but a big announcement coming after the first week of November.
  17. Running R/R for a match is risky even without a no 8, to attempt a double header without one is plainly ridiculous.
