  1. Whilst you have the overriding clause in the regulations which states The BSPL directors have the sole right to approve or not approve a declaration then it matters not a jot what’s in the rules.
  2. I gave up after heat 10 and watched something else, I get Eurosport with my sky subscription , I can honestly say if I had to pay extra I wouldn’t bother. The GP,s haven’t been a lot better either, apart from one or two they have been borefests as well. The sport is on its arse at the moment and the TV coverage isn’t helping.
  3. It is, this is complete and utter shyte. Wolverhampton are shocking, I am glad Steve Masters is up for it, shame that the other six aren’t.
  4. I can well remember that being said about Tungate
  5. If riders want to guarantee they get the best chance for a Wildcard, they should do the WC Qualifiers, no excuse really, it would also significantly nullify the chances of a no hoper making it through to the GP via the challege.
  6. Some call it dirty, Doyle has been doing it all season, Ref made the right call
  7. Louis and Bates were never going to allow Belle Vue to sign Lambert with both their teams involved in the play offs.
  8. Which rather begs the question why Belle Vue even tried to bring him in. Are you suggesting Mark Lemon doesn’t know or understand the Speedway Regulations.
  9. Doyle apart the Witches we’re well beaten with Tungate and Batchelor very disappointing. The racing wasn’t up too much (not that it ever is at Foxhall) and the commentary from Ermobollox was the usual drivel but the best team won in style.
  10. Loved his pronunciation of the Premiership, just got the score wrong and called Brady Kurtz Bradley, the blokes an utter plonker
  11. Nothing new is it, it happens pretty much every year.
  12. Their was talk recently that the owners were wanting to knock the grandstand down, latest news suggests that’s been put on hold, for now.
  13. Average rigging has gone on since the sport started, the only real argument is to make all official matches count towards GSA, league, all cups and play offs etc, the more matches that count the less an average can be manipulated. Thats why it’s interesting that the BSPL have this year decided to reduce the amount that matches that count towards an average. No explanation has been provided for this so everyone can draw their own conclusions as to why it’s been done.
  14. Which rather begs the question why if he hasn’t ridden any league matches has his Premiership GSA changed during later 2022 issues.
  15. Under 10.2.1 The most recently established MA will be used. If a rider has an established MA in both the Premiership and Championship Leagues, established in the same season, that leagues MA will apply to that league. Premiership Issue 12 dated 26th August 2022 and effective 1st September shows Heeps on 5.07
  16. That info came from the pit staff should be reliable
