  1. I think it’s more to do with hotel prices than ticket costs however the ticket pricing does not help, personally I prefer to sit in the middle tier at Cardiff rather than the cheaper seats in the upper tier but thats a different topic.
  2. Wembley 1978 £5.00 Wembley 1981 £6.00 , Cardiff 2018 £50.00, Cardiff 2022 £85.00
  3. My thoughts. Thoroughly enjoyed the meeting , paid £95.00 to sit in a front row seat in the grandstand with a fantastic view (Block A) . Yes I realise the pricing has caused some issues and maybe £65/70 would have been better but the promoting of the event had been very expensive for the FIM/Discovery? The issue of the tickets reminds me that sport and entertainment at the top level is not cheap, I paid £100 to see Joe Bonamassa about four years ago but really enjoyed the show but in recent weeks have eaten out at various eateries and feel as though I had my pants pulled down with the pricing, when getting average to poor food for £45/50 for two people.....yes I know I must be getting old! All the riders involved put on a tremendous show for the fans, special mention to Latvia who did very well. Minor gripes , the PA was virtually inaudible in the Grandstand, long queues for drinks and food at the food outlet's. Oh nearly forgot.....what a win for team GB !! It came home.
  4. Yes ,not blaming Pinegen but the distributors.
  5. Late again, still waiting for last weeks issue to arrive, Pinegen and their customers not getting the service that has been paid for.
  6. Looked on the site yesterday and still plenty of seats available for the Final in the Grandstand (F-G I think) coming off the fourth bend.
  7. Free for first 12 months of new Sky q box I believe, I tried recently to get it but may be too late into contract about 8 months ...so no joy.
  8. Come on Mr Blobby if you have any thoughts of Team honors its time for some changes surely.
  9. Plenty of parking next to the track , £1.00 fee on entry, will be busy so get there early if you can.
  10. Hmm if Sunday would mean overnight for many which might not be practical , yes I realise it has to be run, also Ben fund on Sunday.
  11. Well done Freddie, get well soon Tai unfairly excluded in my opinion.
  12. Agree this weeks arrived today with about another 8 letters , seems like it’s a twice a week service.
  13. ......Tate in for Connor Mountain at Belle vue.....
  14. This whole sorry business of dropping riders (sacking) call it what you like was outlined in an article by Phil Lansing in last weeks Speedway Star ....and to what end , move up the League a place if your lucky , I appreciate fans want a winning side but to drop and sign riders on a whim is wrong in my humble opinion.
  15. Has anyone else had any issues with the star delivery , last weeks was at least four days late and still waiting for this weeks.
