I thought there might have been a feature on the training camp held at Workington a few weeks ago , I know it was mentioned in Peter Oakes column last week, maybe its in this weeks?

Having said that have seen many fans who get upset, whinge and moan and walk out before the end of the match if the team is not winning , rather a team to watch than no team at all.

Crazy when darts world champion picked up £500k , its all about tv revenue and large sponsors in reality.

A great two days of training for British riders , (30/32 ) well done to all the track staff and management for hosting this event along with Neil Vatcher and the GB youth training. The future looks bright for British speedway going by this event where all the riders seem to learn so much over the two days and got in so much track time.

Agree with the above but all this is to the detriment of the sport , less people watching, less talk on forums etc, less people attending an already diminishing sport.

TV viewers are usually watching another channel because they are unwilling to pay £32.00 a month.

Everyone wants a piece of the pie, BBC licence fee, Sky, TNT, Netflix.....

New rules and policies for Media also.

Less people watching, less people attending meetings , less clubs in existence . Real barrel of sunshine I am 😃

It is around £25 for a seated Belle vue league meeting.

Good it sounded a bit er cobbled together initially.

Easy to say if the rider has very little money and is not backed by well to do parents.
