  1. Good to see Ales Dryml and Adam Roynon in the points though Looks like they were the only ones at the races tonight! If it hadn't have been for them, the score line would've looked much worse for Peterborough!
  2. It was poor, according to my friend! I have to say, the view from the stand is excellent I'd go more often over to Peterborough...if only the race night wasn't a Tuesday! Last year I pretty much went to every home meeting, but that was when it was a Friday race night. Holding some meetings on Sundays just recently have been good, well, for me it has been anyway as I've been able to go! With regards to the weak team, the real loss was Blackbird I think. Once he was out of the picture, that was that, as he was going to be a heatleader by the end of the season. I don't think that was in any doubt.
  3. Not able to be there tonight (again!) but I hope those that go see some great racing, as always After the awful loss at Somerset last week, I hope the Panthers can bounce right back!
  4. Well no...it certainly wasn't the display that was needed. Very disappointing!
  5. MON THE PANTHERS! Where are all you Panthers fans?! You've all gone quiet!
  6. He only scored 5+2 though. Would Dryml have scored less than that? I think he might have ended up with a similar score, so nothing was gained there I don't think. Awful? Really? I didn't have the fish and chips on Sunday as I ate out later in the evening, but normally the fish and chips at Peterborough are 1st class!
  7. But that was with R/R for Fisher and Blackbird and Jacobs were still in the team
  8. If the Panthers lose one or even both meetings, I just hope fans see some entertainment Sad to not be going as I think the Berwick meeting could prove interesting!
  9. The forecast seems to look OK for tomorrow. I should think they'll try getting this meeting on.
  10. Not much response to this topic so far is there?! Then again, I'm not completely surprised! Had thought of attempting to make this one, but after realising how late I'd probably end up getting home afterwards, I've decided not to bother. Wouldn't have minded seeing Berwick out of the two opposition teams, but hey ho. Double headers would've been very nice for me on a Sunday afternoon, but certainly not at 7pm on a Tuesday evening! All that's left for me to say is... UP THE PANTHERS! Well...I can but dream it'll be two home wins(!)
  11. A pleasant afternoon yesterday, despite the result. The friend who I never expected at this meeting turned up in the end, so that was a surprise! Not the best racing I've seen around the EoES, but as I say, still a good afternoon Hall I still think is about as useful as a chocolate fire guard at present but happy again for Roynon that he's picking up a few points and looks to still have potential even after all of his nasty injuries over the years. Unsure what to say about Dilger, other than he likes it down in the dirt
  12. His flight was delayed until 11am so I think he's trying to get back over here for the meeting.
  13. Yep. It is Brady Kurtz. Just seen on Twitter that he's broken his arm. Gutted! Every single meeting I've chosen to go to this week has had something go wrong!
  14. Nope. Not a good result at all. Could be a few more of those before the seasons end!
  15. Decided to dare myself to head over for this on Sunday Seeing as people said the racing was good at the last home meeting, even though Panthers lost, I figure I might as well head over for a look and pass my own judgement
  16. I went to this meeting last night and kinda wish I hadn't bothered! I had thought Workington would do a lot better than what they did. They were truly awful. I left after heat 13 as I just couldn't stick it any longer! As a neutral there last night, I certainly did not feel entertained in the slightest. That's the worst meeting I've seen at Foxhall for sure.
  17. Oh... Well...yes I suppose the Panthers might get a win then!
  18. Who's the opposition for you to be so certain it'll be a home win on that day?!
  19. ...yeah, that is a long time ago! Then again, the Panthers got some good results away from home with guests and R/R if I remember rightly? Can't remember exactly where though!
  20. Must admit, I'm struggling to see where the Panthers will manage to get a win at home! But...if the racing was good, it might be worth going over on Sunday to have a look...
  21. I have to say, I agree! Bjerre will be missed, but will Hall?
