Speedway is mainly about money not about winning leagues. As a promoter if you asked him would you like to win the league or make a profit I think everybody would know the answer. This also applies to the riders, they ride for money whatever team they ride for. Like Scott Nicholls top scoring as a guest for Poole last night. If he was serious for BV winning the league he would not have ridden or had engine failures /fall off/tape exclusions etc

I phoned BT to ask how much it would cost to watch tonights WTC match and was quoted £21 pound. Fair enough I would have paid that but they wanted a £30 connection fee which I would not pay so I went round a friends house and watched it.
