The points you score are what you should take away with you. It's utterly bizarre scoring.

It's speedway. You can't possibly have sensible scoring. The joker back in the day for the WTC was a joke, but this is absolutely pathetic and people wonder why speedway is not take seriously by the MSM

Can Freddie do it. Should be a great final race and a superb end to two great nights of action. Forget the poor camera etc, it would have been just as good with a decent radio commentary which they could easily do with two professionals who know what they are talking about.

It hasn't been taken seriously by the MSM for years, regardless of scoring.

There is a very simple solution, if they are desperate for the winner to take home the most points.

Final points are awarded as 20-18-17-16.

Everyone else gets the points scored in their 5 qualifying heats.

If Fricke scores 12 in his heats & misses out in the LCQ, he goes home with 12 points, what's so wrong with that?

If they want the final to mean something just give double points again, been a stupid scoring format since it was introduced made worse with the LCQs

A Decent to good GP. Friday night a far better GP IMO. Disappointing Zmarzlik won tonight. Does nothing for the sport on the world stage. Jockey on the fastest bikes.

In kurtz back yard !

Could probably argue Kurtz wasn't quite ruthless enough, but Zmarzlik just has so much speed it would be hard to keep him behind anyway.

Ah well, no point watching the rest of the series now.

Don't think I've seen Kurtz beaten by that margin at Belle Vue in a long time, especially from behind

Love it when kelvin says 'it's far from over' when he knows full well it is

Kurtz was too weak in the final. Mind you he did have a spill which may well have affected him.

Helium wins and the series is over.
