At the time Dickson would have asked for an EGM, the Directors were messrs Godfrey (Chair), Bates, D. Ford and Louis. Ford resigned on 6/1/26. Louis resigned on 18/11/25. When the post-AGM statement was made, the Directors would have been messrs Godfrey (Chair), Bates, Campbell, Lemon and Lyon. The latter three were appointed on 9/1/26.
