PhilTheAce
Decent meeting, great result. A result we would be very happy with in play offs. in front of a huge crowd to. Probably the biggest none play off/ craven crowd I’ve seen for a long time.

Manifesto
Very lucky to get bonus point. Only positive I can take from that is averages dropped for next season 🙃
SUPERACE
Great advert for speedway that today. Massive Crowd, great atmosphere great Home win, some fantastic racing, great weather. I thought the track prep and the work they did during in the meeting to keep the dust down was top class, they also managed the time between races really well. Even the queues for food and drink moved quickly today. The presentation of the meeting was first class, the big screen now with audio really adds to the show. Belle Vue would made some good well deserved money today and sent the crowd home very happy. A great day all round.

Col
Not the best meeting I've seen at NSS in terms of racing but with a full crowd the atmosphere was very good. Bonus point might have been up for grabs had Mulford not hindered Blodorn for two laps in heat 8. Kept getting Morris & Pickering mixed up, which one scared Zischke out of a point in heat 6 or 7?

Gavan
So Belle Vue have lost twice on aggregate to Sheffield and twice on aggregate to Ipswich …. Yet it’s trolling to point that out … strange analogy Belle Vue and Sheffield out of the 4 teams in the plays are the two who could thump anyone at home by 20 plus points easily …. The trouble is that they are the worse 2 teams away from home so if they do only win their home leg by 10-12 points they will lose by more away from home Ipswich could easily choke and so could Leicester but for anyone to disagree that it’s likely a Leicester v Ipswich final is crazy

You do it to WUM, and its boring and adds nothing to the discussion.

These were the results before today's group of meetings. Belle Vue home 48.19 away 37:06 total 85.25 Ipswich (Based on Jason Edwards in the team) home 51.40 away 40.77 total 92.17 Leicester home 44.88 away 39.91 total 84.79 Sheffield home 48.62 away 40.36 total 88.98 Based on season form book we are looking at a Ipswich v Sheffield Final. With Ipswich running out eventual winners. Will be interesting to see if that come true to form.
Colinspeedway
Enjoyed the meeting today and they did well to keep the dust down (except for heat 15). Track is usually excellent at BV so no surprise they always do a good job. Looked a good healthy crowd and unlike other events they seem to handle it well. The only minor point is the PA was barely audible except for when they went over to the Bvtv feed. Overall a good advert for those who were there for the first time/first time in a while which there was plenty of. Robinh88
Kurtz was in his own postcode v impressive travelling back through the night as well. Always enjoy watching Holder jnr, he gave it a go but there was no catching BK Edited 1 hour ago by Robinh88
gjcone44
good meeting never thought it would be that big of a win, good atmosphere for a change, thought jack holder rode hard to be challenging Kurtz and bewley, need more consistency from blodorn, our problem is away from home, but they are just one of meetings that need to count, colder weather and rain kicks in tracks can be very different. nice gesture from Sheffield team to go visit their fans on 2nd bend, (polish style)
Wollyhat
Well I must say that my NSS experiance today was not of the best. I know Belle Vue had no control over the road works but what followed was not of the best. I went to the back streight as I had been told the atmosphere was good. Got to the entrance to be told that it as cash only. Fortunatley I had some cash with me but some people were told that they woild have to go to the front of the stadium to get a ticket with a card. For a National stadium this is not good. I was then searched by some very hostile security gaurds. Not just a bag search but a full pat down. Then there at 11:30 there was hardley any choise of food, not to mention the prices. Also people around me were complaining that they haddn't got a program. Then we come to the track. What a fantastic shape. I was looking forward to all these racing lines that I had heard about and what did we get? You had to be in trap 2 and then two options, down to the white line or up to the fence, nothing in the middle. It was just a gate and go track, such a disapointment. to be honest I have ridden better tracks on the beach at Filey in my sand racing days. And finaly after the meeting I went to the toilets to find that the water had been turnrd off so they could not be fushed nor could I wash my hands. As someone wh had traveled a fiar distance to attend I feel that this is very poor and I will be contacting the council liecensing authorities as I feel that this is a health and safety issue. All in all a very poor experiance at a stadium that should be setting the standards for other to try and follow. Dpon't think that I will be making the trip again

IainB
As a neutral there today, I must say I thought it was a bang average meeting and pretty poor for the NSS with most of the action done by B3 of L1... which we all know doesn't count as action.
