No news on Bewley and Kurtz? They are more likely to have been bundled into a van and dumped somewhere outside of Poland after they knocked themselves out of the play off semi finals in Poland last night 😂

I've also heard from a reliable source (Farmer Giles) that Doyle has got lost in Norfolk walking his dog this morning and may not be able to get to Belle Vue this evening even if he takes his RS6.

Lidsey's league season ended in Poland last weekend but Kurtz' & Bewley's didn't until last night, I doubt they could get their kit from Wroclaw to Manchester in a van that quick!

As it's a Monday, the protected night for British League, you'd hope so.  Was the Indianerna v Vastervik meeting rearranged prior to last Thursday night when it was known who Belle Vue would be facing this evening?

It is a shame Tom Brennan is riding as they could have got Ben Cook to guest who is flying at the moment but I suppose they will just have to make do with Tom!

I honestly don't think Zischke has it in him to come to the party currently, I've not seen anything to suggest he is capable of consistently scoring points in the top flight.

Wroclaw are furious with Bewley's performance last night at Home to Torun.

The Wroclaw management are now refusing to give Dan Bewley starting permission to take part in tonight's SF 1st Leg who are insisting that he spends the day testing equipment around the Olympic Stadium in their quest to win a losers bronze medal.

If Dan doesn't comply then he must pay back every Zloty of his signing on fee.

From a neutral's perspective, I think the perfect score to keep this in the balance for the second leg would be Belle Vue 51 Ipswich 39.

I do worry for Ipswich tonight tbh, Adam Ellis really has to step up tonight otherwise this could be a bit of a battering.

Doyle clearly lacks speed around the NSS, Emil may get the odd win over a BV Heat Leader around the NSS but he usually gets beat by them more often than not.

I've got no faith in Danny King stepping up in high pressure situations and Tom Brennan @ No.5 worries me as he's a bit hit or miss this season.

Poor performance from Ellis then BV could be looking at a lead of anywhere between 14-20 Points imo.
