He moaned about the track not being prepared to suit him so not sure he was that entertaining at Saddlebow.

As usual you are running on about something you know very little about, I'm a season ticket holder and in the majority of home meetings he was box office. There were a couple of meetings he was all at sea in terms of speed but he was generally very good and I'd have him back next year.

I think when he came out of reserve he struggled in some meetings and he did moan on tv about the track prep not suiting him. In general he is a rider most people want to see and as I have said elsewhere it will be a sad day for all of us when he retires.

If he rides like he did at times for Birmingham it might not be!!

He was slow to get going this year, but whenever I’ve been checking his scores during the second half of the season, he seemed to be Birmingham’s most consistent rider? Maybe I’m wrong you’ve been watching Birmingham far closer than me this year.

Anyway, if we were going the guest route Rew was the one I wanted. Pretty sure he still has last years Ipswich kevlars too!

Keynan Rew guesting for Adam Ellis on Thursday.

To me, this is why I love Ipswich. He didn’t get the chance to win it with us before, but he gets a second chance! So glad they asked him over anyone else, I personally would love to see him back in Witches colours long term! Get well soon Adam!

I’m with you here. He was part of the heartbreak the last two years when everything seemed to go wrong for us so really pleased he gets the chance to help us try and see the job through this time.

I’m not so sure it’s game over quite yet.

Ipswich need to fully focus over the first 6 heats on Thursday. Leicester do go well at Foxhall. It’s only a 1-5 from being square.

To be honest I think Ipswich need not get too complacent as it’s not over yet certainly in my eyes it’s not

TBF I think that was just @AceBelle

If there’s to be a sting in the tail and the unthinkable happens on Thursday, I’m sure we’ll all see him suddenly awaken from his coma 😁

i also said this, but nothing wrong with being confident in your own team, especially with our recent results in the play offs

but i am worried for arsebell to

well.... that just proves he wasnt over the line and was on it

You think?

I suppose it depends on the wording of the regulation - does it state over the line or wholly over the line for example

Doesn't look to me like there's any tyre on the shale

If its like footballs goal line technology then perhaps he has a few mm still on the line itself

Thing is I don't think anyone inside even had a thought about it

No mention on comms and nothing from the team

Ref doesn't appear to review any footage in the way he did with the falls

It warranted a look at least imo

Both wheels have to be wholly over the line - and even then if they're doing that to avoid a collision it's ok - which he wasn't but Emil could have taken that route to avoid the almost stationary Leicester rider on bend 3/4.

Lets be honest Emil avoiding Douglas by doing that he would've been excluded.

Hawkins made it known to the ref about Douglas potentially going over the white line with both wheels and he didn't give a s**t

Per the regs

012.1.11Leaving the Track

A rider whose machine crosses the inner edge of the track with 2 wheels

must be disqualified unless, in the opinion of the Referee, the action was

taken in the interests of safety for other riders or the rider involved was

forced off course by another rider.

Open to interpretation I guess as to what constitutes 'inner edge of the track'
