Eric and Paul were both riders, think that makes them speedway people

Didn't Paul ride for a bit also ?, I stopped going at the time Martin was starting to clean up with Eastbourne in the second division and he was getting the odd ride out for Oxford.

Heckmondwike could be an option for a new club in the premier league. But there’s just 3 concerns with it . It’s a 90 metre track . Their average crowd is nowhere near as big as Ipswich and worst of all , they’re only prepared to compete in the championship. Cycle speedway… it’s the future

And what a great journalist you were for the club, hope your enjoying your retirement.

Thank you.
Lots of short breaks in Kings Lynn this year = ten meetings at the AFA including four Young Stars. Best meeting I saw was Belle Vue (b fixture) because of the high skill levels from Bewley and Kurtz and how Stars did what they did to hold on. Saw some great (if unpredictable) races with Young Stars. Scott was sublime times, Harrison so committed and Rushen’s joy for speedway was infectious. Don’t think I ever drove back to my hotel for a pint feeling disappointed with what I had seen.

It was good for me that twice stars and Y  Stars raced within a couple of days of each other.

Grapefruit can be beneficial for gout. It's only if you take colchicine for your gout it should be avoided. Likewise, low fat lemon yogurt is beneficial for gout.

I had something called "pseudo gout" which the docs couldn't pinpoint was the reason..

I suggested, given the timeline, that maybe it was due to Iron Tablets that I started to take, and they thought it could indeed be linked.

So, I started to take Grapefruit Juice to see if it helped..

I drank a litre a day...

Unfortunately, it has had zero effect..

I am suspicious though that it might be down to the litre of vodka a day I drink it with...:D

I know saw Paul ride for Eastbourne and Oxford so him and Eric should support speedway at Arlington.

I am sure if they had enough cash waived in front of their face it would be a different story.

I said it previously even before they got took for £1000s imo there is a family fued in the background, wasn’t Martin and Jon cook kicked out by Eric ?

Cycle Speedway has better facilities too! And a younger audience 😊

I suffer from gout now and again and they can’t find out why, at first they say cut out alcohol, I haven’t drunk alcohol in about 30 years so not that it’s been blamed on tomatoes,Christmas cake, oasis the drink, surprised it’s not been blamed on oasis the band, various other things all of which I cut out and then it came back so obviously wasn’t them and imo it is by far the worst pain I’ve ever suffered and that includes all the crashes and broken bones I’ve had, anyway anyone got any premier league news ?

I imagine that Leicester, Kings Lynn, and Belle Vue must be crapping themselves waiting for Sheffield and Ipswich to confirm if they are running in 2026 or not. Let alone hoping for a sixth team to rise from the ashes.

Would be nice to hear from the others instead of treating their fans with contempt!

Who would be waving this cash plus a new air fence and whatever other works would be needed?

And regarding premiership news I've heard absolutely nothing, very closed shop this time but I'm not complaining. About time they kept us from knowing
