Gavan
What a night and what a crowd Leicester are a good side and Fricke was exceptional Dickson is a great manager and he showed great respect to us as a crowd applauding us and chatting …. Thought he was a bit harsh saying ‘his reserves’ as Joe sadly is out of his depth didn’t score a point in the semi or the final …. The rage Dickson had for Kemp was apparent and he did well to hold it in I felt… don’t think Kemp will ride for him again He should be Team GB manager instead of that whinging Stead Good final unlucky Leicester you are a great club with a good bunch of fans and I wish you more success But for now …. FishersGate
Well done and congratulations Ipswich! Deserved play off winners in my eyes with the best 1-7 in the league . I'm a proud lions supporter also, we have a had a great season. KO cup and another final is something we can be proud of. In my eyes we have exceeded expectations by getting to a another play off final and I praise the riders and our gaffer Stewart Dickson. I wasn't confident at all last night so I actually didn't feel alot of a pain seeing us lose another final, I was more content with the season as a whole. It's completely ok to be out classed by a stronger opposition. We battled hard last night but unfortunately you can't win play off finals with only 5 riders getting the points in, when Kemp and Joe were getting a few more points earlier this season we looked unstoppable but when there off the boil we look vulnerable. Id like to see a different team set up next year , maybe a strong number 6 wouldn't be a bad idea. We've been struggling at reserve for a few seasons now..anyways what do I know congrats again Witches and fingers crossed next season is great for all involved.
ouch
Glad to see the witches win after a long wait with a few near misses thrown in recently, after a similar wait I know how you must be feeling. I’ve seen heat 13 which was very entertaining and all played out in front of a superb crowd, oh to recreate that on a regular basis. Looking forward to our meetings next season and hopefully the powers that be don’t dilute things too much and we get to appreciate our stars battling it out on track. It’s an even numbered year again so fingers crossed we keep our format going, 2022, 2024 & 2026?

Odds On
Well done Ipswich and commiserations to Leicester. Two talking points for me, Heat 3, Douglas bails out whilst his team mate is in front, shows no intent on getting off of the track, ref has no option but to re-run it, low and behold its a 5-1 to Ipswich and its just about game over in all honesty. Lost any momentum and in reality and any chance of winning the meeting. Heat 14, think Hawkins dropped a clanger, changing reserves could of cost Ipswich the title, obviously it is now irrelevant but at the time he should of had the luxury of having a reserve to bring in if one of them had touched the tapes or been injured etc, Only small things but massive in the grand scheme of things!! Don't hold your breath for a gust of fresh air to provide real optimism for us fans. More likely a bag full of hot air and half baked ideas and SPIN aimed at sprinkling glitter on the t*^d which is the BSPA to make it sparkle although not desirable to pick up. As an Ipswich fan I think heat 3 could have gone either way With regards to heat 14 Thompson had bike issues .. he changed to his second bike for his 4th ride and that slowed dramatically in the heat allowing Kemp to catch him and pass him By heat 14 we only needed a finisher in each race to secure the title so putting in edwards would not have made a difference unless its a 5-0
SJA
Leicester have suffered in the Premiership for always having one of the latest rising star picks. And next season will be no different if there is no change in the rules. Joe Thompson had twelve rides across the semi final and final and did not score a single point. It makes the performance of the team even more remarkable when you take this into consideration. Congratulations to Ipswich who had the strongest 1-7 and were worthy of the favourites title many gave them at the start of the season

MP78
No one made a big deal of it, but it was great to see Chris Louis takes his medal off and put it around Ellis' neck - A really classy move 💫

Kemp has put the greatest percentange on his starting average at Leicester (based on the October Averages) and has put the largest amount on his starting average. Up 0.89 in comparison to Douglas +0.82 and Fricke +0.75.
Roger Jacobs
WooHoo Witches!!! Absolutely marvellous! Son #1 and I watched it this afternoon (Friday) here in sunny Perth Hills. What a fascinating meeting to finish, with incidents, talking points, and a superb team effort by the Witches: only six heat winners - yet by six different riders; top men looking for their partners; the engine room coming up with the goods - Brennan and Rew scoring decisive 5-1s, King taking care of Heat 8; and the reserves taking points off their opposite numbers. Really can't ask for more - huge congrats to Chris Louis, in particular, for never giving up 👏 Cheers!

As I've said before I absolutely hate riders not completing 4 laps when they are clearly able to do so and last night it all came home to roost, some will say it didn't make any difference in the eventual outcome, but sport is all about the moment and had Lions needed a 5-1 instead of a 5-0 in that last race that's a whole different ball game mentally. Kemp has displayed attitude problems throughout his career, will he learn from last night? Personally I doubt it, his attitude is in his make up, I do hope he learns from it... just not at Leicester. Whether Mr Dickson sees it the same way I wouldn't be so sure... he looked very prepared to take Nick Morris back during the summer and did so with Berwick.
