I'm not a Poole fan but I do like Richard Lawson however I think lady night was a poor show all around. Family always comes first but the Witches management etc should of been made aware more sooner then it was.

I think the outcome is a fair one given the circumstances

The outcome doesn't affect Ipswich (they won without him) - it only affects Poole who will be without him for 2 meetings!

Sadly not surprised he has been given a 7 day ban, and rightly so. Effects us with now trying to get guests in. Only people it effects is Richards pockets and the clubs he riders for.

Guests aren't going to hinder Poole at Berwick.  Masters dropped one point in six rides there last month, Richard only won two races in the KO Cup.

Even better for Pirates is having Eddie Kennett as a guest reserve, as he might not be hindered by all the unlucky engine failures he has for Oxford, when his average is rolling.

Not a team player … not liked by riders …. Doesn’t take it seriously for us

He may be totally different at Poole and that’s fine 

I don’t want a rider like him at my club simple as that …. What rider phones up that late in the day knowing he has had issues all day when he could have let the club know much earlier 

There are reasons Ipswich fans didnt want him back in the first place and reasons why Louis had him gone after one season previously

Yet they have Sam Masters whose better than Lawson at Berwick then the other meetings against Scunthorpe who you could put a NDL Junior at Number 1 and still beat them as apart from Pickering they're all one track ponies or in Palm Toft's case a no track pony

It should not affect us at Berwick with Sam Masters guesting along with Hagon fof Newman and Kennett for Bowes. Hopefully Kyle will be ok for the next home meeting.

I think  Poole fans were quite happy with Bowes at the start of the season even I was quite happy to give him a chance but he did have quite a few bad meetings then he got injured. Its ok with us for Lawson not to ride for Ipswich but he has not been sacked yet. He is liked at Poole, always tries his best and his best is usually good enough to win most races at Championship level.

@Gavan I'm with you on this they don't like me either 🤣 but some of them were ok when I was in Poole with worky the other week 😀. Keep on at them especially if they don't like the truth being told
