Every time one of the track staff went to it when it looked stopped, it sprung into life and went bouncing around the centre green, with the track staff running in all directions...

Yeah Cliff built and promoted Park Road and The Furness Flyers sadly the supporters didnt come and the enterprise went under. Two reasons I suppose track was out of town and poor team.

I still think he could be a top 10 rider in this league but its a big gamble.

Easily still an 8pt man in Championship,but I suppose you can get decent guests if he goes AWOL again.Certainly a risky signing,after he has made a few quid then just bails out.Believe has a couple of properties that tide him over for cash.

Yep every season different,Zischke poor rd 1 ausie champs ,hope he improves before season starts

Said he had bike issues, he's had a really good set of results in Australia so far in stronger fields than the Aussie champs were today.

Zischke has been great so far in Aus other than today. He had bike issues first 3 heats and then after that scored 2, 2 on his second bike

Not the way Tate would want to start the Aussie Champs. Preparation is everything. See how he goes today. Poor first 2 rides.

Went a bit too wide in his 3rd ride without generating the speed to get around. Hooky is doing okay again. Tate should really be top 7 in this field in my opinion, anything less is disappointing.

Got to agree that Tate should be making the Semis at a canter... Appreciate he had bike issues yesterday, but thought he claimed to have them sorted... Hopefully a stronger last couple of rides from him

Talk about being hypercritical. I thought it was only reddit football fans that jumped to conclusions so quick. 

Tate has been very good in Aus. He finished third and fifth overall in his first two meetings over there, only getting beaten by people youd expect him to. Whereas Hook, who you all seem to be praising, was absolutely awful, getting beat by junior riders.

Yesterday he was disappointing but it was due to bike issues and today hasn't been much better. I expect he'll push on as the championship progresses but we'll see.

Zischke will most certainly be a better rider this season with less travelling and better equipment.

Edit: dont think im slating Hook here, because im not. Hook was phenomenal last season and if it were up to me, he would have been first name on the list. Yes there are doubts around whether he can perform in the main body of the team, but he earned a chance by his performances last season.

I would not read too much in to the results in Australia, come March/ April he will be fine. He dropped a point off his average last season so I am expecting a big improvement. He has a marginally higher average than Bowes and is clearly a much better rider so I would expect a much bigger difference in their averages at the end of the season.

Hope ya right,Always round 3 ,could be testing or guessing, he’ll be right by the start of season
