I can't imagine they'd have expected the averages to go down though? Cook, Jeppesen & especially Zischke would've been looked at to up their averages! You can still stay over on way yam from scummy but come across A66 instead of heading up A1 to Berwick 😜 Free breakfast offer but had to be a 'payable up front non flex booking ' if I remember rightly ☹️

Bomber75
I was quite impressed with the performance against Scunny although sad to say Jamie Etherington is way off the pace looks like another Sam McGurk scenario. Im sure the promotion will be looking at options to cover Vinnies absence and Jamie.
Neila
May have to wait until averages change to do a team shuffle, yea it's a year or 2 early for Jamie, apparently we were 0,02 high on the average to fit Max Perry into the team, but this young kid could be popular for teams wanting to do a change or two
Marksman
Rolling averages should be set now for May as KO cup matches won’t count. Jeppesen 8.48 Cook 8.35 Batchelor 6.75 Zischke 5.23 Jakobsen 5.00 Foord 3.89 Etherington 2.00 39.70 Max Perry would be 2.29 so would come in at 39.99 if Max came in for Jamie.

Sam Mcgurk was a gamble, but I understood why they gambled. He was a good rider at NDL level, especially around workington. He was also, alot of the time, on the pace with others at home, he just couldn't gate. Jamie is, unfortunately, a couple of years off this level. He can't gate, and he gets further and further behind as the race progresses. He could maybe fix it but he'd have to be up at northside practicing at every opportunity, which I dont think he can due to where he lives.
