2 home meetings in & I have been surprised by the team doing better than I thought.

Its also good to see that the new owners are investing with the new big screen hopefully just the start.

However it feels like something is missing the atmosphere feel good factor seems lacking. My be it’s the loss of Emil & Jason or the new presenter or a combination of the 2 I’m not sure. I have certainly come away feeling flat after the first 2.

Interesting adjustment in the averages to take effect from May 11th

Scott's converted Championship average used for team building - 5.25 - reverts to a Premiershio rolling average and will be 6.43

Third highest scorer at Sheffield, what does that say about the rest, including our GB star and No.1 😁

I always thought this team would be unpredictable and so far it's turning out that way.  As long as they all give it 100% I'm happy, especially after seeing the lack of effort from Foxes riders last night.  The only consistent so far is how well King is going.

That's when he's the one who gets the most criticism of his signing for years now.

They will be able to replace Nicholls with Jeppesen ...

So witches go unbeaten in the cup group stages but have to concede the second leg of the cup final to being held at Leicester on the Thursday night and we must ride on the Monday night before. How does that one work out, once again speedway shows its complete inability to give the higher performing team any priority. Our nights are Thursdays and we won every match but we can’t even celebrate IF we did win the title at Foxhall.

Maybe they hadn't thought of who would automatically get the second leg, so played rock paper scissors lizard spok

Personally I’m gutted it’s the home leg on the Monday. I’ll have been at latitude all weekend & will be packing up & travelling on the Monday. So pretty much rules me out of attending

Pretty sure as both Thursday night teams the only thing that could sway who gets the Monday was Leicester having the ‘holders card’ therefore getting first choice of race night.  Can’t use the scores from the North/South tables as North section have stronger teams (in my opinion anyway).

On other note how long is PHB suspended for, is it the whole of May?

2 weeks I think

It eas said he would miss 3 meetings - so just the next 1 and then he should be back

Hurry and Scott are good friends,, so I'm not sure any replacing will be done. As long as they keep winning at home, I'm guessing that may be job done for this season. Who knows though, it may turn out that the new owners are ruthless.

Nicholls was very good at Glasgow.  I think he needs to be given time to retain full fitness
