The jubilant scenes from the 5k+ that attended the final, coupled with the celebrations from management, riders and staff, definitely proves it was worth winning 😉

If Leicester had won the first leg 60-30, there wouldn't have been 2,000 there .. And 500 of them would have been from Leicester...😁

Ipswich get that for run of the mill League meetings with nothing at stake. It’s a shame every club isn’t as well supported, the sport wouldn’t be in half the mess it currently is in this Country. Your GP Star was certainly wowed by the occasion! Scenes he’s never experienced at the wonderful NSS 😉 Every supporter of every club thinks it’s worth winning, until they have no chance of the play offs or get knocked out of them. Then it’s suddenly all worthless and not worth winning. We all know the drill. Even this years shambles is worth winning. The winners will have a title win etched on to their honours list. It won’t have an asterisk accompanying it.

We’ll defend our title properly in ‘27 when we have the same opportunity as everyone else to build our team 😁 1

Son of Shaleman
Looking forward to seeing Stars in action. To me there seems to be plenty of entertainers in the team. That’s great. A few years ago there were those who disappointed on that score. No names, no pack drill. I can accept defeats (we’ve seen a few !) but if riders try all the way, I will clap and support. I like to be entertained so if you win the race, pick up the flag, wheelies, wave but no straight back to the pits unless extenuating circumstances. Because of where I live, it costs me thousands of pounds to see the Stars each year. No complaints on that score but I do love telling people what a good night it has been. This year’s team looks set to deliver. Well done to Keith, Rob, Dale and the KL speedway team. Cant wait to get trackside. Boy was it cold for Nicolai testimonial.
