Simple solution. Increase the car park charge by £25.00  for that night, but give everyone who uses the car park a free ticket for the speedway that night.

It was indeed but the BSPA fine was over turned following an appeal to the acu

But the club wont see the parking money will they??? So its the club that misses out.
