Noelinho
My understanding is the Bandits have some form of agreement with the football club, rather than leasing from the council. That could be a sub-lease, the important thing being any such arrangement would normally terminate with the main lease (although there are exceptions to that). Fingers crossed he can maintain that Kind of scoring when he takes to the track as a Bandit. Palovaara will be ok signing if he can master Shielfield IMO

Very promising from Palovaara, Berwick could end up with a very potent heat leader trio if they all perform to their potential. Mgas
I know it was just practice but I was impressed with Reid Battye this evening. Really looking forward to next Saturday.

Jason Edwards also in, for Dan Gilkes.
Mgas
Good scoring by both PK and Jye for their premiership teams last night. Hopefully the bandits will hit the ground running this weekend. Fingers crossed the weather stays nice.
TheWellBehavedWorrall
Just read in this week’s Speedway Star that between 2001 and 2010, either Adrian Rymel or Michal Makovsky topped Berwick’s averages in nine of those ten seasons. Remarkable. A return well worth the risk the Bandits took when they brought those two over the UK along with Josef Franc. On a separate note, I thought Reid Battye looked right on the pace at Ashfield in the BEN Fund, despite his points tally. Shielfield might be tough to navigate at first, but I think you could have a young man with a lot of potential on your hands. All the best at Armadale tonight Bandits.

It was incredibly wet at Glasgow and I can’t imagine he has ever ridden a speedway bike in those conditions before. I timed a few laps at p+p and he was within .5 of a second of (an admittedly not fully fit) Morris. I think once he gets in the swing of riding uk track he will be a bright talent. Tonight’s meeting vs the monarchs is off unfortunately.
