Or treat Speedway like a hobby, when he's feeling well enough to do it? If it is the end of his career, as sad as it is, there have been riders with far worse endings. Even though Kennett was only a temp replacement, should be allowed to revert back to him. I'd guess Oxford would only be allowed a "75% guest" (5.67) so not greatly higher than Kennett's average.
