Seems very little interest in Lynns 3 appearance at Foxhall since April 9th not surprising given Lynn have been the opposition in 3 of the 5 home matches so far.

Well done Ipswich on their emphatic win & 3 points. On to the next one for King's Lynn.

Be surprised if jody Scott fit for Thursday so expecting an outing for Jake Mulford.

We'll need Fricke and Kvech firing plus the rest chipping in to get this close.

You never know, we might get lucky like we did last season....

3 x Lynn

2 x Northampton

Belle Vue and Sheffield both postponed that’s why we have only raced to clubs at home but it still doesn’t mean the fans will be excited for the next meeting on Lynn. Derby or not, it isn’t very exciting. I’m a wit he’s fans obviously but only going to see Rushen, I really like watching his style and seeing him rise to the top in a few years time.

Couldn’t care less that it’s Lynn again that we’ve already seen a couple of times 🤷🏼‍♂️

Like Shano, I enjoy watching Rushen starting his journey, and I love watching Max Fricke too.

If it was King’s Lynn again next week too, I’d look forward to watching them again next week too. No two meetings are the same and the racing will be different each time, even against the very same opposition.

I take people’s point generally about Foxhall feeling a bit flat this year though and I agree to the point I’ve skipped a couple of meetings. The loss of the top two along with IMO, the best presenter in the business, has definitely had an effect.

The whole post Louis transition has all felt a bit weird too which was to be expected. One thing Richard Coleman MUST do for 2027 though, is bring in a top class heatleader again. The fans are used to seeing a sprinkle of stardust at Foxhall and this year just isn’t quite cutting it.

We know the timing and circumstance of the takeover meant it wasn’t possible this year and everyone understands that, but he won’t have that excuse next year.

This coming winter is going to be very interesting from an Ipswich perspective because none of us are completely sure how ambitious the new owners are. We’ll learn a lot more about whether @PhilTheAce is correct and Coleman is a “penny pincher”, or whether he follows in Chris Louis’ footsteps in terms of ambitions for the club in terms of bringing in world class riders to try and win things.

As things stand, none of us really know which way it’ll go.

No disrespect to Sam Hagon but him having to take four rides isn't going to help us get a positive result.

EDIT just noticed its Jenkins at 2 not R/R, should really read posts properly.

Just looking back to 2005 onwards on the BSPL site, Ipswich have not had big hitters like Jason & Emil circa 2023. How has the feeling that you have big hitters sunk in after only a few seasons and why has the attendance dropped when it reportedly remains strong (strongest in the country according to some). During this time span the witches spent many seasons in the second division. Is it now a case of big hitters or nothing and why can’t you get back to supporting teams assembled in the way you are normally associated with?

It hasn't, not markedly anyway other than the usual variations seen throughout a season.

As someone pointed out though. The GPs were hemorrhaging money so something needed to be done.

Ipswich on the other hand is a profitable business. Or at least was last year so Ipswich shouldn't be affected.
