I was always under the impression that rider replacement could not be used where a rider was withholding his services which is in effect what Kyle is doing. Shouldn't be allowed but they may get one tbh. They knew about Howarth not enjoying his speedway well in advance so they've had enough time to drop him and sign a replacement imo.
