PC63
I must be watching something different, I think that the presentation is pretty good with some clever camera work on the racing and keeping away from shots of empty seats in the grandstand.
PC63
The 3rd of October, Tai Woffinden farewell at the Shaleway. The place will be banged out, I can’t wait👍😊

They are doing an excellent job of filming a "packed" grandstand, and also, not showing an empty grandstand in "E/F", in front of the start line, from the start gate camera from the inside.. Which TNT used to show... They have obviously learned...

Anyway, I think they've got better tonight since the complaints earlier, the racing has also improved as per normal, so it's all good. The Dog
Some of these youngsters seem to sit on the bike really awkwardly compared to the older riders, just looks strange tho doesn't seem to slow them down much. Rushen is superb and a breath of fresh air. Overall a decent meeting

Would rather they gave it to someone who doesn’t qualify this year like Jason Doyle etc . You could say the same for multiple wild cards, every season. I'm more likely to support an Aussie (or Yank) getting a wild card at a Polish round as they have so many.
szkocjasid
I'm enjoying tonight's match. Graphics are good & help keep up with the top 2/6.
The Dog
Cooper Rushen, absolute breath of fresh air and will have gained a few new younger fans after tonight hopefully. Well done kid.
dontforgetthefueltapsbruv
Some poor camera work and strange direction Decent production overall - graphics all correct is always a good start No doubt that despite Lambert taking a 3rd title the night belonged to Cooper Rushen - take a bow young man

KAM
Really enjoyed that, I wonder if it was a BSN job as I spotted Greg Blair in the background a few times.

Apparently not, it was BVTV, Greg Blair seems to get everywhere, I once sat on a Jawa 500 but I have to pay in if I go. 1
Popular Post Mick Bratley
I thought it was a decent evenings entertainment. Clearly not the usual broadcast team from the TNT days, more a budget broadcast team, but that’s down to ITV who were never going to throw tons of money at a one off production. However, I think British Speedway can give itself a pat on the back and consider it a job well done, rider presentations were on point, background promotional material looked fresh, the racing got better as the meeting progressed. The interviews were a bit ‘bumpy’ in places, but I don’t think it detracted from the overall presentation. More importantly there wasn’t any cock up’s!

He was wearing the same British speedway t shirt as the rest of the on screen team. So I would guess he was working in some capacity. Above all my point is, promoters, get your act together! you could about to be potentially handed a bit of a lifeline, dont squander it. Not often you get a meeting with no false starts,no falls, and no engine failures, just a shame the racing was pretty average.
