Which is a big shame as I’d of had him back, but his average is high, higher than Rowe. Although I’d of preferred Will over Cooper. On their averages you’d have to say Cooper is a better opportunity. Can’t see Poole letting both Will and Cooper go Cairns also didn't seem to be trying to shave anything off his average towards the end of the season, which suggests to me that he won't be back. As much as I'm sure the Poole would want to keep one or both (although it's been suggested that Cairns will be a victim of team average), but if both wanted to leave then Poole can only do so much to persuade them to stay. As mentioned above, riders are no longer team assets, and they won't be short of teams offering them places as both are likely to improve their average again next season,

Poole move up and the new rules on licence is upheld, UK licence holder must ride in the UK, would Poole look to sign Lambert ?? Genuine question no wind up ( this time ) 😄 No, I can’t see Poole ever signing Lambert. They would more likely go with the Holders / Kurtz / Cooks

For me, Richard has always been a solid points scorer. Someone you can rely on to get reasonable or good scores, week in, week out. This year there seems to have been other things going on in his life and we know he's not one to shy away from an argument. All of which has lead to more inconsistent performances. But form is temporary & class is permanent. If he get's those other issues sorted and clear in his mind, he'd be on my team sheet, no question.

I think Richard has totally different priorities in his life now with a baby son and an unwell partner. That's aside from moving house again as well.

Which I think probably suited both, giving a young up & coming rider so wins, while also helping to keep Lawson's GSA manageable.

Maybe that has gone well this year and so is focusing more on that..? Still a decent season income wise I would think, plenty of bonus points, and an OK season in tier one, regardless of not always getting to the track early!! Plus some Danish meetings...
