Looking at the Grading lists he is listed on the Grade 4 list. (As I understand the ruling). Which means he can only be classed as the Rising Star in the Premier League. His experience at that level is not 9 years. Its is 4 years and one of those in 2019 was very limited meetings for Peterborough. In saying that I was very surprised to see his name on the list. Well why isnt Jason Crump on the list as he has no Professional racing league experience in the last 9? Edit: Wheres Rory Schlein on list? hes only had 1 or 2 years experience as a British rider.....
